I should have read this thread before using the site.   I am now stuck in a support loop with no end in sight.  When I do get someone on chat they are rude and say its the wrong department and quickly disconnect.

I am waiting for a rather small payout after depositing at least twice as much over the previous few days.

They list "Payout Live Chat" but its always offline and they told me on the phone that the payout department can only be contacted by email so why bother listing it under Live Chat Support.  All my emails to the payout department have been ignored yet when i had a problem with my initial deposits they were right on top of it.

They also say on the payout page that all payouts are manual but I have been told on the phone that all payouts are done by bots or are automated.

The withdrawals on this site are painfully slow and they don't subtract your withdrawal from your total when you submit it.  On the rare occasion that I actually win I like to withdrawal most of my balance and then leave a little to still play with but I have to count mbtcs in my head so i don't go over the difference.  I assume that is why they do that but it takes 24 hours to withdrawal even a fraction of a bitcoin so its frustrating.   Deposits work pretty quick though!

Yea the 5 posts is nothing compared to the 4 hours of activity.  At least there aren't any captchas here like on SR forum where you need 50 posts I think it was.   That took me 4 hours in itself.

Damn the 4 hours online restriction is new to me.  Never had a forum insist on something like that.
At least I had an hour logged before I new I would even need it.  Still its kinda annoying... don't see why there isn't a simple donation option.
I got no problem paying for the privilege of posting since now I finally need to.

Good lord is this done just because of spambots?   There are other ways to deal with them.
