21  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about the death penalty? on: June 23, 2017, 04:13:48 AM
Death penalty from the way I see it is just an easy way out for someone who has committed a grievous crime against the state either by killing someone else or treason. The reason for that is because when he is killed, it would not bring the person he killed back to life neither will he have enough time to blame and judge himself for the wrong doing he committed which is the most important punishment to be given to anybody. So, it should be abolished and replaced with life in prison without an option for parole under any circumstances.

You have a great point there my friend, but you see, it's easy to say such as what you have said in your post when you haven't experienced losing someone with murder. You see, i used to believe the same as you, but when it happened to my best friend, whom i treated as my only brother, it was really devastating on my part. It killed me inside. I couldn't care any less if he suffers a lot or not, i just want to see him sitting on that electric chair shaking. And savor every moment till he dies.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vote for your Favourite Coin on: June 23, 2017, 04:02:15 AM
No matter what i would still really pick btc, though eth is great, I don't know what to do or how to get it and along with all the other coins put there GOD! They are just too complicated, have to get different wallets for every coin, that's just too hard for someone like me who only uses a cellphone for a wallet storage. And im just starting with this bitcoin thing.

24  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS is nothing compared to U.S. cops. on: June 23, 2017, 03:47:18 AM
You know what bruh, i think that no matter what the other cops did, at least a lot have did good things that would benefit the state they are in, even if some do abuse their uniform. And cops might do things they really shouldn't. But vruh, they are only humans, they get over taken by emotions or temper, and what's worse is that some of the things that they do wrong that we might be doing a lot is over exaggerated because pf their uniform. But whatever the case is, they still serve a pirpose and isis doesnt. I just dont see why you had to compare a man with duty to protect to a man with a duty to destroy and terrorize. And to be honest, i would love to be shot dead than to be burnt into a crisp or get beheaded.
25  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Fast Internet Connection on: June 22, 2017, 06:09:39 PM
I wish we had a choice. The service of PLDT is really bad, all they want is our money but they won't give the right service to us. We're paying for a low class internet. If it was in other country the amount we're paying for internet here we will have fast internet and we'll get what we paid for. I hope our president will remove these kind of companies not providing the proper service we're paying for.

Exactly! That is what they are only after. But sadly, we really don't have a choice, they have rid us off of our right to choose. Just for the sake of fulfilling their selfish meeds and pockets. And I'd be damned if they would not fight for things to remain the same. Our only hope for this matter is our very own president today which is duterte. And if he won't be able to fix this issue before his term ends, then I don't think that this issue would ever be fixed.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the final number of bitcoins become a serious limitation? on: June 22, 2017, 03:55:01 PM
You know what i think op? I think that you should not worry about this thing anymore. Coz it would probably take years before that happens. And by years, i mean so many god damn years! Lol, we all would probably long gone by the time that this limitation that your ralking about rises as a problem. But then again, bitcoins can be divided into many parts, so that would also take a lot of years and i dont even wanna count how long. Haha.. but really, you shouldn't be making a problem in the future a problem for today, that's just unhealthy for all of uszz haha
27  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with most of your day? on: June 22, 2017, 03:41:48 PM
I usually wake up, smoke cigarettes, hop into my motor bike, drive five minutes  to the boulevard and go jogging or running till my lungs cant take it anymore. Then, i go head to the gym and work my abs out then a bit of weights. After that, drive home, eat, and sleep, then wake up 1-2hrs later, play mobile mortal combat, and post here, then prepare to go to the gym again and work my muscles out with hard weight training then go hang with my friends a bit(no drinking), then go home, eat, and if not yet sleepy, read hilarious posts here, and maybe post some myself, then do faebook, then sleep. And the cycle goes on and on.
28  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is on August 1, 2017? on: June 22, 2017, 03:24:01 PM
Of course it will affect the price lol, simply because any gossips, hear says, new, or whatever you wanna call it, always affects the minds of people depending on the news if it's a good one or a bad one, specially if it is either both. You see, lots of people that own bitcoins really love their money. And who doesn't? I mean if you love you money so much, and don't know that much about bitcoins, or if you already know a lot but are weak hearted, then probably you'd be doing what most of the bitcoiners would do; sell here and there your possessions out of panic. And that alone can affect the price. That's just my opinion tho,
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: June 22, 2017, 02:52:42 PM
Well, if you didn't know yet op, has already happened to some countries. But yes, it would be really nice to have a lot of adds that display bitcoins and shows an insight to its capabilities and advantages. But sadly, noone would really love to spend their own pocket money just to advertise something they do not own. Coz advertising simply is not cheap. Let alone t.v. advertising.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: June 22, 2017, 02:36:09 PM
Have been having people asking me about bitcoins a lot lately, but same as you, when the price was low, nobody actually cared here in my area or country, at least none that i know of. But last month until now, i have been bombarded with a lot of questions mostly on my social media account. Kind of annoying sometimes but its an obligation and i always try to put myself in other's shoes so i still end up teaching them. Sadly others always wants to be spoon fed, and dont want to do their own research which kind of makes me feel a bit irritated but all in all, its ok.
31  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Fast Internet Connection on: June 22, 2017, 02:25:59 PM
Sad but true. The thing is, we only have one isp here in the philippines. And probably wont have anything else. Coz they want us to buy expensive internet connections with less efforts given by them. And by effort, i mean that they want more profit. And won't even spend that much to speed up their internet connections. They would even go to such lengths of rejecting other internet businesses with faster and cheaper costs just to stay as the big fish here in the country. They want to be the biggest and the only ones to be the service provider in terms of internet here so they can do what they want. Price as high as they want. Fucking selfish mother fuckers if you ask me.
32  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are rich countries rich and poor countries poor? on: June 22, 2017, 02:10:05 PM
You know what op, this is a serious topic. And a good one. This is something that is really asked rarely about, that link you provided can really help a lot of people understand more about this issue. plus all the answers that our fellow bitcoiners provide, this really is a worthy topic to be started in a community like this. Now in my opinion, i really think that the system in every country is really vital to how or why it is like that and will be in the future, you see, the leader and the rules or laws in every country and the strictness really is the one that can make a huge difference.
That's just for me though..
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: June 21, 2017, 03:03:51 AM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment

Yea hate to say it but it is true, bitcoins are totally useless offline and there is no sense in arguing with that because it is reality. Fiat today have lots of real advantages if compared to bitcoins. Although bitcoins also has advantages on its own, still fiat remains superior. But, if these minor issues that bitcoins today have would be corrected some time in the future, then and only then i can be sure that btc will kick fiat itself in the ass.

Because there are no physical coin or representation of bitcoin, how can you use bitcoin offline? There is no connection, how can you send your payment. That is funny, it is literally useless offline. Also I am waiting to what you have said that bitcoin will kick fiat in the ass, first, bitcoin will never be a currency of one's country, second,we are using fiats as bitcoins value or price. Without fiats, do you think we are discussing this now?

Yes my friend, you have a point, but fiat is fiat. If bitcoins really do become physical, and the value would be in terms of gold and silver, (like btc and satoshi in physical form) it can be a great start. Plus it will also be available offline and online, and the good thing about this will be that the banks wont have to work their ass off to get rid of bitcoins coz they'd be able to control a bit of the whole system,(better than no control at all I think) coz if worse gets to worse, where people's minds are widely opened and chooses bitcoins because the confirmation issues have been fixed and other minor issues except offline trading, most of the crowd will be transacting online more than offline. Coz let's face it, we are everyday getting more and more advanced in terms of technology, and soon internet access will be everywhere even in the poorest countries which may take some time but is never impossible to happen. And when that time comes, and bitcoins have less issues than what they have today, then I'd be damned if people would still prefer to using fiat on transactions that are already bitcoin friendly. Now, with that being said, the banks will be pushed to the wall and have no more choice but to adapt to the bitcoin's demand and do everything just to survive.
Just look at it like this pal, if the surroundings of the habitat of and individual changes negatively,then the individual should adjust and adapt to the envoronent for it to survive. And that is what i think the banks will do somesay in the future

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need to rethink the way we look at 1 BTC value... on: June 20, 2017, 05:50:58 AM
Wow, great topic op! And i gotta say, as a newbie with this this, all the replies are really inspiring and full of knowledge. I too am dreaming to have lots of btc in my hands someday, but sadly all the btc i have today is just worth more or less 6 dollars. And my only source of income is signature campaign. Because i have no work or any means that i can take money out of to invest in btc.. wish there was more i could do to earn more...
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what was your first incoming transaction? on: June 20, 2017, 05:36:34 AM
It is just recent and i still remember the time and the date. It was just this month june 3, 2017 at 02:07am. That was the first time i ever had something in my wallet. It wasnt big but it made me so damn happy. And every time i look at it i just cant help but smile. Even though its worth is just 1 dollar which some of you guys here might think is pretty worthless. But still it is my treasure. Still have it and didn't spend it. I got it from a twitter campaign here i dont know what it was but yeah it's where my 1 dolllar worth of btc came from.
37  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 20, 2017, 04:15:40 AM
You know what op, i for one think that it is impossible to happen. Coz (1) most of the old folks would never want the dollars to disappear. Because they would always want the easy way in their eyes and i mean that even if bitcoins are easier, rhey would still choose dollars because they would see bitcoins as complicated stuff. Plus pther patriotic reason. (2) the government just won't let it happen. Not unless they find ways to gain control over it like or close to how they can control fiat.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: June 18, 2017, 03:09:32 PM
There so so many reasons why this keeps happening, some are trolling, lack of knowledge, and buying strategy.
Now some jackasses out there will do so many things just to troll and only because they want attention. They usually don't care what their actions can cause. Next are these noob know it all guys that actually doesn't know a lot but acts like they know it all and say too much bullshit without even confirming their own sources pr ideas. Then there's this bullies that scares the shit out of noobies and act like generous guys. Saying something like ohhh because im such a good guy i will buy your btc for a good price even when it's worthless. And those poor noobs that believes and panocs too fast sells their btc and then face palms when the price of btc rise again... this things are just natural. And happen everytime.
39  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about the death penalty? on: June 18, 2017, 02:41:08 PM
Although studies show thatt death penalties really could not make much difference in crime rates, i still do agree about it. Only when the most horrible crimes are the ones that will be applicable for the death penalty tho, because i believe in this kind of justice. Because i too have lost a very very close friend due to murder or homicide(I really dont know what to call it). He was a very kind and gentle person. Had no enemies or people who hated him. He was just killed because his killer was so high on drugs. The killer was sent to prison but saw him recently last month freely walking like nothing ever happened. He was only imprisoned for 4+ years for what he did to my friend. And i kust cant help but think, is the worth of my friend's life just 4+ years of being imprisoned?? Honestly i wanted to kill him myself.  But my morals just wont let me do shit to him.
40  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why most terrorist are Muslim? on: June 18, 2017, 02:26:20 PM
You know what i thin bruh? I think that the reason for this is that the veteran muslim terrorists takes advantage of the preachings in their religion and use it to poison the minds of other muslims who then became terrorists later on. They use it to hypnotize the minds of other muslims and make them believe that what they are doing is not crime but a religious act that can please their allah and get them to heaven. In short, they use their religion to manipulate their fellow brothers even children to be fearless to kill and die for the lies that has been forced into their minds.
