661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Gold Fork Wallet on: October 22, 2017, 12:54:18 PM
Looks like the whale owners of Bitcoin Gold is not as rich as Roger Ver and Chinese miners. They need to sue the exchange sites to list down the BTG. If I were you I will just save my BTC in a wallet that supports private keys. Try Bitcoin Core. If BTG will become available in public, or theres a BTG. Then you can easily get your BTG by importing your BTC private keys to BTG wallet.

After searching around and finding about 100 different opinions on where to store BTC for the October 25th fork, so as to receive the BTC Gold... I have still yet to find a solid answer.

I even messaged blockchain.info and they said they will NOT be honoring the BTC Gold. For the BTC Cash fork I just left my BTC in Poloniex and received the BTC Cash tokens as I should, but now I am seeing discussion that Poloniex, Bittrex and none of the exchanges are going to be honoring the BTC Gold fork.

So. What software wallet to store BTC in to guarantee we receive the full amount of BTC Gold after the fork?
662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: October 22, 2017, 12:37:18 PM
The topic is just a wrong accusation to Bitcoin. BTC is not created to eliminate banks, but to make private, secure and fast transactions. You mean If I am going to ask money from my parents, I should always put the transaction thru Bank? Do we need to tax every transaction? I guess we have the right to choose between BTC or Bank in a case to case basis.
663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC SPLIT on: October 22, 2017, 01:55:57 AM
Bitcoin Fork is much cheaper, and a sure way profit than launching an ICO. IF WE CAN ONLY Stop these lame whales from creating different BTC variants. We can prevent the appearance of sprout BTC clones.

664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple wallet for long term on: October 22, 2017, 01:41:57 AM
Never heard a SECURE wallet for Ripple. How about storing it on exchange site? If I were you, I will deposit that XRP in Poloniex and put it on Poloniex's Lending.. Your Ripple will get profit thru lending commission no matter what price XRP will have.
665  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Satoshi Nakamoto Alive on: October 18, 2017, 11:33:41 PM
Some hearsy told that Satoshi is still alive and hiding himself in a private island with beautiful girls at lots of delicious foods. If were Satoshi I would not bother myself to go in public, to face legal accusations and death threats. All I can I say now is Thank you mr. Satoshi.

If Satoshi Nakamoto is a person and alive, wont he come out and claim the fame and success his invention has achieve so far?
666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: October 18, 2017, 02:07:03 PM
Hi, banks do not fear crypto currency, infact they are using it silently. Have you heard, XRP? Some banks are already using XRP (ripple) in replacement of their swiftcodes. So the transaction is faster and instant.

Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!
667  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: October 18, 2017, 01:46:29 PM
Corruption can be found anywhere, the only sad news is, any corrupt government official can hide his stolen money in the Bitcoin blockchain by using mixers and long chains of conversion of BTC to other alts, and going back to corruptman's crypto wallet.

We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Give me a coin that will easily go 3x on: October 18, 2017, 12:08:30 PM
We are now in the bearish period. All altcoins are going down as BTC is approaching to dive in the dip. What I can suggest now is hold your BTC, or sell it to USDT. Wait for more altcoins dumps, and rebuy them at the dip.

For the 3x, STR or XLM is still kicking us. Buy it at 630sats
669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH double top? on: October 17, 2017, 11:34:17 PM
Hmm looks like a bad chart. If you feel ETH will continue to fall.. Sell it and rebuy it once it taps the bottom. But I do believe that the support levels of ETH at 0.041 is too strong.
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn free coins?? on: October 17, 2017, 11:26:46 PM
Some people will tell you to join airdrops. But beware that many airdrops ,specially the one with custom wallets has a trojan installed. I heard someone was hacked by just downloading an infected wallet. Beware always scan.

Hi,

I want to know where can I earn free coins, for promoting that specific coin. For eg one ICO I saw said that they will pay 15 tokens for every unique visit on their link. Something like bounties.
Anyone know such coins that give free coins for helping them promote?

Also how does signatures work here? I heard we can get tokens for wearing sigs and profile pictures too.

Thanks guys
671  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC drop after fork 25th on: October 17, 2017, 11:21:32 PM
BTC will continue to rise even theres a fork. But If fork happened after BTC taps the top. There will be a great dump. I am planning to sell all my BTC as USD when we reached the top.

Do you think the value of Bitcoin gold is priced into the price of BTC, thus we will see a drop similar to the value of Bitcoin Gold after the fork?
672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: October 17, 2017, 11:17:47 PM
I am doing the very same thing, crypto is a wonderful time deposit. I have a forget money, I am saving the 5% of my successful trades in a separate wallet. This money is belong to my kids for their future.
673  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everything went back to december 2016 on: October 17, 2017, 03:41:51 PM
Hmm, theres a time for everything. Usually crypto pumps atleast 1x a year. Theres a time of pump for each coin. This year most of coins pumped in March, some in April and May. I believe this $XLM or $STR pump is the start of altcoin party. Next to Stellar is the XRP pump.

Cryptos are not tradable anymore... Not enough volume, bull vs bear....Bots....

What do you think about the recent crypto trend ? What are your strategies ?

For my part, except mining, cryptocurrencies trading is getting an hard hit.
674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: October 17, 2017, 03:26:33 PM
Yes it is so nice to hear people are now stepping forward to use crypto currency as an inheritance treasure to your loveones. It is good to store your money in crypto as future inheritance money to your kids as time goes by the value of money stored in that crypto will multiply its value.

Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

BTC

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Huh Huh Huh

676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: October 17, 2017, 03:09:58 PM
For the meantime, I am earning Bitcoin via Trading, Bounties, and Freelancing. But the most source of my BTC is via freelancing. I have a regular client who pays me via Bitcoin on a project basis.

Recently, I've been trading bitcoins on btc-e, earning only a little, yes, very little, except the fees that btc-e takes.

Besides trading, are there any good method to earn bitcoins?   Thanks.
677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: October 17, 2017, 02:58:34 PM
I just read about Bitcoin around 2012. That time I was ignoring it. I thought its a wise of time and bs. But one day I heard another news, Bitcoin is $300 usd. So I started to watch Bitcoin.. Until I decided to get my first Bitcoin by offering a freelance web development in exchange of BTC as payment, the rest is history.

Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin
678  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoin party 2017 has just began! on: October 17, 2017, 02:35:03 PM
Hi, XLM is an alias name for STR. Poloniex calls it STR, Bittrex calls it XLM. They are the same just like BCH and BCC for Bitcoin Cash, and XBT or BTC for Bitcoin.

I just bought STR now. Amazing it went up 5x today. Aside from STR, DGB, XLM , XRP , BTS, SC are also going up. I also spare a good amount of BTC to average down just incase my current position may went down. Up next the secondary coins. May I know your crypto bags?
Hi mate.
STR stands for StarCoin? Whats the saying on STR? People loved to mine the coin back then... All the fancy different reward and tokens. I heard it was a nice idea. Being revived or I got it wrong and you meant Stellar?
Cheers.
Is that XLM, "" ??
I saw it this morning and it was being pumped.
congratulations for those who hold it. need more coins to pump.

Once this coin enters the crypto exchange site. It must have a good number of miners. We must have a lot of miners. By the way, how to mine it Smiley. Any reference or tutorial?
ZecMiner64.exe -zpool eu.minexpool.nl:3333 -zwal XQTUr6yxbptJPAURUGU2Gh7ZLBxQuSd1Qd.woj1 -zpsw x  -allpools 1 -tt -55,-57,-60,-60,-60,-66
Can you dig into claymore, because somehow you do not want to work
from 4 hours shows the same zeros!

Hello wojtas, please address you questions about pool mining to its group att.me/mxpool (@mxpool).
