61  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest your bitcoins. on: June 03, 2017, 11:52:32 PM
You should invest your bitcoins in serious projects, with serious teams behind. Blockchain is the great invention, not bitcoin. Don't make that mistake, you will regret it for your entire life.

Do your research, there's a lot of awesome projects in the middle of that coinmarketcap
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: June 03, 2017, 11:49:57 PM
It's a great question. But I think, at this point, it's impossible.

Anyway, I would just worry about the collapse of blockchain technology if a completely different (superior) technology shows up. It's very unlikely
63  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term OIL on: June 03, 2017, 11:44:12 PM
I'm not, but the only position I would open on oil would be a short position.

No need for oil with today's technology, even less with tomorrows
64  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 03, 2017, 11:41:55 PM
Depends on your definition of money

If for you "money" is the right thing - crypto currencies - then yes, you should save it !
65  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: June 03, 2017, 11:38:46 PM
Why worry about countries ? I mean, you can go live pretty much anywhere you like at this point. Why worry about that ?

What people should worry is about their own. Their family. Their friends. Their business. Their money.

Not about countries.

Countries (governments and politics) want you to be worried and pay taxes.

F*** them !
66  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: June 03, 2017, 11:34:41 PM
In my humble opinion I wouldn't worry too much about kids at this point. There's a lot of people uninformed or misinformed about crypto. Even people in this forum and not actually new in the bitcoin world.

Before going deep into bitcoin, I really think everyone should understand why our monetary system and fractional reserve lending will never work. And why blockchain (or similar technology) can solve these problems.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: June 03, 2017, 11:25:40 PM
If BTC increases 50% a year every next 15 years it will reach 1 million dollars.

So far 50% a year it's nothing...
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week? on: June 03, 2017, 11:23:27 PM
I would like to know if anyone of you earns 0.1 BTC per week or even more? Is this possible and what is best way to earn it? Your experiences, suggestions and advices are very welcomed.

I hope you're joking. Any altcoin portfolio increasing less than 10% a day these days it's growing slowly... Maybe you meant 0.1 btc a day ?

I mean don't get me wrong. But 0.1 BTC in a week it's nothing, even with btc increase...

Don't know about Einstein, but here you go, one of the greatest minds of all time in economics, nobel prize Milton Friedman, in 1999:

71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: June 03, 2017, 01:22:50 PM
Only altcoin to buy was Waves. But its too expensive right now.
My other option is Edgeless. Its quite safer than others.

Why do you think it's too expensive ? Don't you think it's worth at least 1 billion market cap ?

The rate of development and the talent of Sasha is worth at least 1 Billion. JK, I don't see this one retracing the price much. Even in the bloodbath of last week the fall wasn't too bad. Get onboard or get washed up by the tsunami

Sorry man but WAVES it's not going to a billion... it's going TOP 4

Best bought I ever made in my entire life
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where / How can I download historical prices of Alts into an Excel Spreadsheet on: June 03, 2017, 01:17:21 PM
would anyone have a working spreadsheet with APIs setup that I could use ?
Bounty available ! : )

I would be interested in this too Smiley Guess no-one will provide a good one for free.. Sad
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before buying an altcoin on: June 03, 2017, 01:09:23 PM
I try to make things simple. This is what I do:

  • Coin fundamentals (what's innovative about it, business model)
  • Coin partnerships
  • Coin team
  • Coin margin to grow
  • Coin sentiment (forums)
  • Coin roadmap

If all the above seems good, just try to find a decent entry, and that's it.

HOLD and diversify your portfolio. The less moves you make the better.

Dot-com bubble bursted at around 5 trillion dollars. We're currently at 90B.

Hope this newbie could help Smiley
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does bitcoin get the advantage of having to buy btc to buy an alt? on: June 03, 2017, 12:53:33 PM
If you use Shapeshift you don't. I think this company will have a huge role in this sector, and others that surely will compete with it

76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's impossible to invest in crowded ICOs on: June 02, 2017, 08:23:42 PM
Can someone explain me why is so good to invest in ICO's ? What's the difference between that and waiting a month or two to enter it at an attractive price ?
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do you feel is flying below the radar at the moment? on: June 02, 2017, 06:36:15 PM
Florincoin

I wouldn't say top contender, but its really undervalued for some unknown reason. Check for yourself
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a bagholder? Which altcoins do you hold? on: June 02, 2017, 06:01:21 PM
My philosophy (and I guess I'm not the only one) is that you can only really profit in this market if you're an holder.

The less movements you make, the more you profit
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum future is Bright on: June 02, 2017, 05:46:00 PM
For now. I think ethereum will take long years to overtake bitcoin. Even if bitcoin network is now slow. There is still some proposal so that the transaction will get faster. 2018 will still year of the bitcoin.

I wouldn't put my money in BTC continuing in number 1 spot. It's just insane if it can keep the position with this much people coming in every day. It wasn't working long before this mini boom. But I guess I'm new to this...... :/
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Waves Project - a youtube review on: June 02, 2017, 04:42:05 PM
Nice man Smiley I love WAVES.

I wouldn't put my money on this but for me top 5 in quite short time will be:

  • 1 ETHEREUM
  • 2 BITCOIN
  • 3 RIPPLE
  • 4 LITECOIN
  • 5 WAVES

Even if this is dreaming too high, I think WAVES should be valued at least 1B by now... But that's just me saying
