861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: April 26, 2019, 03:23:18 PM
Dhoni and Jadeja not playing today due to fever and Raina will be leading the side . MI will give their best to win this one  , I think picking MI will be a good one rather than going for CSK today.

LOL funny reason from the CSK side.

Actually already they made to go playoffs so there are no much worry to play this match so they made Raina as the captain and Rayadu as wicket keeper today. I am waiting to Thahir's wicket taking ball. Still runs are flowing very fast.

Will the CSK win this match with out Dhoni? IPLt20.com question. What will be your answer? hehehe
Agreed, for this reason only Dhoni could have taken rest leaving the responsibility to Raina. Today's pick will be surely MI, because same as this earlier CSK lost a match. Today MI seems strong as they've lost a wicket and has scored 84 in ten overs. With this run rate surely today a target above 200 will be set for CSK.
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [NPXS] pundi x moon or doom ? on: April 26, 2019, 02:58:42 PM
Pundi is one of the best that has made lot of our Bitcointalk members rich through its bounty. Compared to its peak price the price value is very low, also it has got listed into the top 50 altcoins in the coinmarketcap. This adds value to it and with trust can invest onto it hoping for a bigger profiting in the future.
863  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do not overpay transaction fees anymore! on: April 26, 2019, 09:27:24 AM
Basically, this is the tool to recommend to newcomers when they ask questions about fees. Existing tools are either too complex with too many numbers or have a tendency to overestimate fees.

newcomers MUST NOT use a website to estimate their fees. they must always choose a good wallet and trust that it gives them the best fee suggestions.
and what you call complication is a requirement because it is complicated to analyze the memory pool and come up with the appropriate fee estimation.
additionally your website is not that accurate either. it also is overestimating the fees. for instance it currently suggest 51 satoshi/vbyte takes 2 hours whereas that price is around the level where you would get a high priority transaction and get confirmed within next block (hence ~10 min) and the suggested 89 for high priority is already way too much.

also you seem to be using virtual bytes for size but limit the max to 1 MB (if i understand your tables correctly!) which is false because the maximum block weight is 4 MB.

This.

The fee depends on how many inputs you are using. If you are trying to send a transaction that is made up of dust, it will be expensive.
Most of the wallets have its own fee structure, and as an user stated it is good to go with finding a trusted wallet than just thinking about the transaction fee. I would suggest blockchain wallet and it gives the lowest fee according to the inputs, and we too have got the option to manually provide the fee. According to the fee we'll get the transaction confirmed.
864  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do not use Coinbase on: April 26, 2019, 02:55:50 AM
In my view it is one of the leading service render in the crypto ecosystem. Issues arise with each and every cryptocurrency exchange, and the support team helps in rectifying the same, here also it might have got little delayed. Another thing with every support request we the users are supposed to close the ticket once the issue is sought, here Op has stated that the support ticket is closed with a generic response by the support team which seems contradicting.
865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't Fomo , 3800$ incoming ? on: April 25, 2019, 11:41:44 PM
The 50 days moving average and the 200 days moving average resembles same as the year 2015. By this there is no need of a panic, as the market will be tending to be bearish till it grasp and move completely on the bull trend. This could happen within few months time, in 2015 the trend initiation took place by the month of July. This time it might begin earlier than predicted.
866  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin went from $5420 to $5117 in 2 minutes! Bubble? on: April 25, 2019, 11:25:52 PM
Is the crypto bubble finally coming to a end? Why and HOW is it possible for bitcoin to dump that much that fast? Is bitcoin controlled by 1 entity and will that entity dump bitcoin to $100 one day?
Everytime there will be some minor price fluctuation in between, and the same has taken place now. The same will be recovered at the shortest and for this we can't say it a bubble. Also there is no proof that it is a shattering of the market by a single entity. Around some $300 difference is acceptable as massive drops have taken place earlier this year. Upon these market drops we don't need to panic of someone taking the price as low as $100 someday.
867  Economy / Speculation / Re: "RIP bear market" on: April 25, 2019, 11:00:06 PM
For some of us that has been following the events in cryptocurrencies market, I don't think there is any reason why the bearish trend should continue and that is why I am joining other cryptocurrencies enthusiasts to say "rest in peace bear market "(December 2017--December 2018).

....And 2 hours later, the price dumps $500. Classic! Cheesy

I was hoping to hit some asks on another wick higher but it looks like the correction back to January/February price levels is already under way. Unless we quickly shoot back up and close the day above the 20-day MA, that is.
Yes, it needs to shoot up to keep up the 20 day MA which is the much expected one to confirm the bull market of the year. Till date I never find these market moves to get turned to be a perfect bull market. Hope the market reaches the $5500+ soon same as that took place after the drop from $4200+ to $3800 when everyone was predicting to reach $4500+
868  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: April 25, 2019, 10:38:09 PM
$6k price wont really be an easy road.Try to look on the price as of this time. We have price decreased for $400 in a hour time. from 5400+ to 5000.
I don't know whats the reason behind such dump but its just a typical day on crypto but seeing 6k soon is there. No need to rush up though as long
we can assure that we will able to break that resistance.
That's something a known drop. This form of growth has been taking place with bitcoin from the starting days of the year. Whenever there is some good growth due to corrective factor or due to manipulation there happens a big dump and further it recovers within specific time period. This time too I believe the recovery will take place shortly.
869  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everyone loses money when the market is down right? on: April 25, 2019, 06:05:39 PM
Whenever the market is down people take it an opportunity and invest into it. Unlike the market trend there will be continued fluctuation in the market, one who has got knowledge about trading from the buying to the selling difference will earn. What really happens is just the portfolio worthiness gets decreased with each and everyone as the market is found downtrend.
870  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will Binance get closed down? on: April 25, 2019, 05:46:42 PM
With Binance every legal measures were met and has been fulfilled. What's more required than this, the progress of Binance in comparison to other exchange seems to be very big. For this reason some could have come up with such statements to create fear among the common traders and make them move towards other exchanges for their trading needs.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too much crypto payment projects but little people accepting crypto payments on: April 25, 2019, 05:01:39 PM
Perhaps this is the beginning of the cryptocurrency era, the whole point is that there are people who use cryptocurrencies only as a hobby. Many people began to use cryptocurrencies in this respect. so I think that from so much.
As stated we are in the very beginning of a new era which is revolutionary and has got everything associated with technology. Maybe more payment related projects seems unwanted, but these are necessary in my view. Just think of few years back, there is very few payments service like PayPal, now we've got lot many and we use the one we feel better.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What If Nothing Change In 2019? on: April 25, 2019, 04:36:34 PM
The dominance of bitcoin keeps increasing which confirms that the bitcoin is growing rapidly. By January there isn't no big change in the market, the change began to happen slowly. Even if there is no change this year people will continue to make investments as the halving is scheduled for 2020 which is a big hope of every cryptocurrency user.
873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which coin do you think is best for gambling? on: April 25, 2019, 03:58:18 PM
ethereum and bitcoin remain coin priorities that have such a large user base. this is because bitcoin and ethereum users can use many services easily. the two coins were very dominating and therefore I consider bitcoin and ethereum to be coins used by the majority of gamblers in playing online gambling.
Majority of the people prefer ethereum and bitcoin, so is my choice of cryptocurrency used for gambling. There might be some issue with the confirmation time, but majority of the gambling websites accept bitcoin and ethereum which is the reason for choosing it over various other assets that has low transaction fee or fastest confirmation.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling turn an atheist to theist and superstitious? on: April 25, 2019, 03:39:17 PM
Gambling is completely on luck and strategy relative to the game. Gambling doesn't have anything to do with the atheist, some people used to relate the superstition with gambling when they make a winning. This way superstitious beliefs still prevail with gambling and there isn't anything with the atheist.
875  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win a Lamborghini for 0.00056 BTC on: April 25, 2019, 03:17:22 PM
The raffle contest is good and the same being done for a cause is really great thinking. The raffle is perfectly legit and will get good number of participants. A Lamborghini for just 0.00056 is really good way of trying our luck. All the best for all the participants.
876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin technology and as a currency different? on: April 25, 2019, 02:44:48 PM
Bitcoin is something a multiple access asset which has got multiple usage. Bitcoin getting used as a currency is one among that, and people using it in different way has happened for several reasons. The major reason for the same seems to be the technology behind it. Further is the usage and the need for an evolution in the financial ecosystem.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Strategy to overcome losses .. on: April 23, 2019, 11:59:16 PM
In the life of every player, there is a common denominator, the Losses, if you are playing in an inspired way and you begin to obtain losses and you retire with a lower balance than you expected, it is logical that many times the mood goes down, maybe there is a little sadness How do you overcome this? What strategy do you use to leave that experience behind and learn from it to come back? Since there are many people who fall into depression and find it very difficult to return.

Particularly, after having this type of experience my brain recreates some movements of bets and mistakes that I made and sometimes I draw good conclusions to avoid falling into errors, apart from which I am going to do some sports so that the bad things go away.

Basically, it all comes down to how you started gambling. There is no exact strategy on how to overcome losses but on how to minimize it. At first, when you gamble putting all your money at stake then that's too much of a risk, but when you gamble just for leisure, your losses will be minimized and won't hurt when lossing streak strikes.
As mentioned in the quote, it is all about the users need. There is no strategy to overcome loss, some strategies were used to minimize the loss and that too isn't cent percent assured. The best of all is to have some limitations and act accordingly, maybe it requires continued participation to gain experience which too could cause some spending.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's time to pick altcoin on: April 23, 2019, 11:51:40 PM
Bitcoin is at $ 5,565 and is showing very positive signs. So a good time for investors to buy Altcoins and wait for a sudden change from the crypto market. I hope we can step in a 2019 year with good news about the crypto market and Altcoins.
For users with less capital can prefer investing in low price altcoins, already the market is quite good with signs of growth compared to the previous months. We can expect mutual growth with altcoins along with bitcoin beyond the $7000 price point. Until then the growth gets limited, and it is good to invest at the earliest.
879  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most problem facing in the market? on: April 23, 2019, 11:42:13 PM
As for me, the main problem of every traders and investor is the market situation. As we could recall, everything went smooth when the bull market was running. The volatility of the market sometimes brings fear to every investor that we might lose our funds and profits when the market prices drop down.
That is not a problem that is just the reality of the markets, anyone that devices a strategy which depends on the market being in a perpetual bull market is bound to fail, your strategy needs to account for bear markets and ranging markets otherwise it is flawed and you need to go back to square one and think a new strategy, that lack of adaptability is a huge problem for most traders since they only know how to obtain profits during the bull markets only to lose it all during the inevitable crash.
Some traders can't easily adjust the situation which bringing them into a tragic losses when there is a market crash. We have that unexpected moment to come and sometimes makes sick when we aren't prepare for it. That is why, as a trader we should have a back-up plan and do the market analysis otherwise we are also a victim of market hypes. The more strategical we are, the more we get safe.
Most of the professional traders follow this, always they have an alternate plan if things don't go as predicted. As the market is completely unpredictable we can just move according to the speculations and make buying and selling. Every time there won't be any perfect coincidence, so to that the alternate plan could help with eliminating the loss or minimize it.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Game Profitable strategy on: April 23, 2019, 11:26:10 PM
Dice game to me still remain the game of luck and not of strategies or skills. Was fortunate to play around Windice.io recently and that was purely a dice game, when i roll the dice; it took me more than 5 roll before i could gain some profits from the game. Dice game is more of luck than strategy and if anybody believe on strategy let him/her continue.
Yes dice is completely upon luck. Some users predict the script and use to play accordingly which too needs luck in my opinion. It is good to play dice with calculated number of rolls. If the user has gained good profit out of the calculated number of rolls then he is lucky else need to bear the loss which is how I do with dice.
