Hello,
today i tried to connect my a5 dashmasters.
I plugged in miners,and im using mobile brodband 4g lte router.
All red lights are flashing right, miners seems to work nice,but it doens't start to mine ( hash ).I updated to last firmware ( 2018.01.05 )
I tried diff pools zpool,nicehash,miningpoolhub, but nothing works.
Also miner is plugged into power extender, can problem be there ?
If i run debug through telnet, I can't see chip temperature and in the end it writes something like voltage rumble/problem something like this...
Anyone can help?

I have a question for those of you who have done the TF card firmware update. I have build dates of ~11/13/17 on all 10 of my a5s and they do have the TF card readers installed. When reading the manual for flashing via TF card it clearly shows how to set the boot image on the card. But then the last part of the instructions tell you to go into the miner via browser and update firmware there. It says to do it from the firmware you dl onto your pc and says nothing about using the tf card.
What exactly do i do with the tf card i just setup? Put it in there and update firmware via pc using web interface or does it update off the tf card? I'd rather not brick these things, i've already got 1 with a dead hashing board and many others with the pw problem...
I was also wondering about this. The Instructions that Innosilicon provided to update the A5 through TF card reader is not clear. I assumed the same thing you did.. I put the TF card into the reader, then did the browser update using the 'Update File' provided on their website. Seems to work okay so far... It seems that may people are having issues with the A5's. I've heard many others mention that they have dead hash boards, or missing TF card readers. I have also read many posts mentioning software issues people have been experiencing. I cannot believe how irresponsible Innosilicon has been to their customers and the community. Comments on their Twitter page are tearing them to shreds, calling them out on all of these issues that they refuse to acknowledge any of their customers, then go on to advertise their newest A4+ on their page and pretend like everything is fine. My personal experience with Innosilicon so far has been: - Several months late on promised miner arrival time - Very unclear instructions - No response from support when I tried to email for clarification at any point - Was promised free A4+ as compensation for late A5 delivery in one email - They took back their promise in the next email, but then actually offered it again on the condition I wire them over $400 US for shipping charges - I wired them the $400 over 2 weeks ago and still have not been able to get a confirmation. - No longer answering any of my emails I call them Inno-SHIT. The worst deal I ever had. Never from Inno-SHIT anymore. only one problem if you try to found some about a5 google dont show SCAM!! SO SOON THEY WILL HAVE NEW VICTIMS... |

These stupid innosilicon people doesn’t understand proper english. I was trying to tell them that my miner is faulty. Red light right next to the ethernet is on, hashboard lights were off and miner is not getting the internet connection. I told them the miner is faulty and i need replacement.
You know what they replied: please give us the screenshot of the miner status. Without that we can not help you on troubleshooting.
What a dumb answer. I’m not able get into miner dashboard and how can i give them screenshot of miner status.
guys wake up!!! stupid?? not they are nor stupid they took our money they are scamer,thievs ....they cam with stupid answer all the time becuase the stolen our money period...i hope the burn all in the hell... |

Just tried to overclock the ASIC with a very cool ambient air temperature. ASIC0 overclocked to 12gh/s while 1 and 2 were stuck at 3gh/s. Super odd considering on default settings 1 and 2 run around 10-11 gh/s. Back at default settings now and the dashboard is all screwed up again. Says it's hash rate is 0 across the board but my weminue.com pool stats shows it as stable. Also says I have been mining it for 420,003 hours. This is such a piece of garbage.
They did not follow through with their word on specs as well as a lot of people still out miners.
My gut tells me you will get their new Litecoin ASIC as reimbursement for being so late so that's something I guess. Hopefully that miner isn't a piece of garbage too.

The problem with class action lawsuits is the only people that win are the attorneys. We would be lucky to see $1,000 for each miner at the end of it. I'm willing to try but I don't know how much good it will do. the point is not only class action the point is we need to say the world "innosilicon stolen our money!!!"the other people deserve to know this ... |

Has someone already received A5 miners from Mid November batch?
I'm still waiting for my Mid-November unit..  Do you know why they delay the shipment? I have sent 2 emails to them with questions about delivery but I did not get any response for 1 week for now... why? pls guys this the worst compnay in miners field ,they dont have any suport ,they took our money and thats it ,they have our money so they dont care nothing else...the sad history is like we are doit nothing they will fish new customers soon... |

I bought 20 units I was promised 10 Free units for delaying now they went back on there words Im no longer getting any they say maybe 1 they shipped didn't ship all 20 at once they shipped 5 every few days I Finally got all 20 but 2 has already failed....
