1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Plan B Is a CIA Agent on: July 03, 2022, 09:19:01 PM
Rather than making such confusion and allegation, I think you can state clearly what it is. Well I can't say for you or everyone but I believe after a while on bull, there will be some correction or by extension bear. If we are on bear now it may have been caused by whatever means but I don't expect that price keep pushing up without a bear season also expected. Checking the history from 2017 and 2018, is no different what is happening.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why I won't be buying top altcoins in this bear market on: July 03, 2022, 04:29:36 PM

Now all market fall and it is very difficult time for all the markets. Now many people lost their assets and they do not have enough money to continue their investments.

No body should regret because it is advised to invest with money that you can avoid to lose and you are still cool with your decision. For the newbies side, you are also advised to study the system before you diving into investment. If you have only profit in mind, you will always buy wrongly, you buy coins that are just pumping but with no use.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for July on: July 03, 2022, 01:21:49 PM
Looking at the position of the price on the chat at $19,227, you will still be expecting that the price will still drop down more with the way is looking but anything can happen and the price may stay there or begin the pull back. The whales are gradually buying for another direction up, like El Salvador stocking up for the future. I believe the sentiment is still for bear but this is a fluctuating levels that can not be predicted.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The fear of Negative trust and Ban on: July 02, 2022, 10:16:01 PM
Newbies should rather focus on reading than posting. To avoid being ban and tagged with negative trust you just need to abide by the forum rules and also do away with cheating. When you've gathered enough knowledge I'm sure you'll be safe from anything of such.

I will add that one reason is plagiarism. This is a serious offence on the forum. It involves using other people's knowledge without making reference to them by directing the forum where the source comes from. This involves both books that have been written or bloggs, YouTube channels and other online materials should be acknowledged.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Session That Lingers On Or Keep Staying On your Mind on: July 02, 2022, 05:16:40 PM
In my years of Gambling? there is never a chance that I had to keep my mind thinking ?

though there are times that i Dreamed of my gambling activities, there is also a chance that I thought it is real because we are playing our normal gambling game and I won over all my friends , but after waking up? I realized that it is just a dream lol.

You have illusion of winning always this is why you have such dream. You also probably a constant player or an addict that you now always thinking of gambling and to your dream thinking of winning. They say that if you do certain things consistently you may like have a reflection of that in your dream. A player under depression or winning will have that in dream because that is what your mind is occupied with.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Democracy in Nigeria. on: July 02, 2022, 02:37:23 PM
Nigeria
I guess its not the only corrupt country on the face of the planet. There are several countries that are corrupt out there and still they get to say very little of it. Speaking of South Sudan, Somalia, North Korea, Pakistan, Paraguay and many others. Somehow, these guys aren't very shouty about it and you wonder if they are not on the forum or aren't plagued by the menace of these corrupt practices in there nation states.

I understand at OP that, being constantly under the hit from the unjust acts and policies that emerges from the corrupt governance seems like a lot to you but in turn, what are you doing for a change. Its time again to select a new leader to head the highest office in the nation come 2023. I know its been so bad that Nigerians no longer believe in the electoral process as, its often rigged but I'll beacon on you to go get your permanent voters card (PVC), come out with the masses and vote in a peaceful election.

My friend you see many of the corrupt countries including the ones that you have mentioned still provide necessary amenities and needs for the citizens including fighting for them abroad and protecting their lives and properties at home but you and I know very well that the Nigerian government don't care about you. It is a kind of government where only families of the people in power benefit. Their families are those who get information about what is happening in government and they are the ones that can grab it. It is a kind of government that is not far reaching and so if you are not in you are totally out which is the reason everyone is trying to get into power and making the Nigerian political system one of the most expensive in the world.

Dont just vote and leave, wait till the results for your pooling unit is announced and if possible tap it and be justified that you've done your best before going about to being a good citizen of this great nation. The change is now and it starts with you!

These blood sucking demons in politics are very deadly, they find every means of rigging elections. Whoever is staying behind after casting of votes is still standing to risk their lives because they have thugs that can come to destabilise and shoot to say a few.

Chai this one really off me. Politicians and law makers are really unbelievable so if you talk like this I no go too surprise . For myself if Nigeria no scatter before that time, then dem go fix am.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese man gambled away a huge Covid-19 relief funds mistakenly sent to him on: July 01, 2022, 07:25:37 AM

The important thing is that there are no more mistakes in sending money to the destination account so that no one will be tempted to use money that doesn't belong to them. But if later there is still an error sending money to someone else's account, hopefully the recipient of the money does not use money that does not belong to him but reports it to the bank concerned so that it will not trigger other problems.

When it has to do with fiat and bank transfer that go wrongly to accounts not made for, it can be traced and retrieved though after a while. Usually the banks have details of their customers (that is the difference with cryptocurrency) and they also have synergy with follow banks incase of those traces. Now if there is a wrong transfer made, the bank can send such information to the receiver after sometime to remit it and when this is not done then the bank can freeze the account and go after the person  using the police and other legal means.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minor Protection From Gambling on: July 01, 2022, 05:27:44 AM

The father's decision to quite these activities was already good enough to make an example that gambling is not for everyone as it could concern their money and their future if they're addicted. I guess he don't want to see his children that he's into gambling that's why he made a decision to stop it for good.

AbuBhakar is likely to stop also along the way just like his dad did. In his case he has seen or witnessed some loses although he is able to increase his money but if in the future he start to record consistent loses, he may quit totally because gambling also has it way of frustrating you after you have made some profit, then you also start losing it back.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you all think on: June 30, 2022, 01:25:27 PM
If a project has a low trading volume, I think it is a sign that traders are not visiting the project or buying it, it is not a good sign but it doesn't mean that it will not get better if the team knows what to do like listing in big exchange, getting important partnership. It is hopefully that the project may improve if it has use value.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Manage Gambling Addiction an Open Discussion. on: June 30, 2022, 11:15:36 AM
i think the best thing for this matter for us not become an addict in the gambling online is that the individual gamblers must do this as one of His/Her hobbies only, if they do this addiction in it will not come to anyone. Just don't allow greediness to control us so that in the end addiction has no power to us here in any of the gambling casino.
Yeah right, I also think the same as you. if we only make gambling as a hobby without exaggerating. or to a certain extent. then maybe we can minimize it to avoid gambling addiction itself. although sometimes there are many people who prioritize their hobbies more than their work. but that's rare. Gambling should not be the focus. but only used as a means of having fun for a moment. and related to greed, when someone has already entered into greed, it is very difficult to stop people like that. because when greed takes over, common sense sometimes becomes dull.

If gambling is made as hobby it means you are going to see the person always attached to his hobby. A hobby is what you enjoy and like doing all the time and unfortunately gambling involves money and we are attached to where our money is. It is a very difficult thing to do attually to take someone out from gambling and addiction. Getting help is the best to restrict someone to a certain limit.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it possible to control Gambling behaviors? on: June 29, 2022, 09:40:46 PM
I think gambling behaviour can be controlled and it starts by ourselves. In the beginning I think if you realise that you have been making alot of loses and you are getting into debts, you can caution yourself on the reason to stop because you will have many debts to offset and when you don't have money to do that, you will have all the reason to reduce or stop. For an addict, it is difficult to control because if he has money, high tendencies are there to go back into it.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Irrelevance of Education in Nigeria. on: June 29, 2022, 04:44:09 PM

Irrelevance of Education in Nigeria ?

Op you may have a point on what idea you wanted to push out, probably that people who are educated (class room or formal education) are mostly not placed in the jobs they are suppose to do or don't have any at all, this is understandable if you say so but if you say in your topic that education is irrelevant in Nigeria, I won't agree.

Just like some users have responded that other countries have their different challenges, you could be aggrieved that Nigeria is facing bigger challenges and that is actually caused by corruption. You are right that the education system is in shamble, all institutions shut down for close to a year, this is very bad. However, we don't have to lose hope. Education better our lives personally and not the government, so whatever means we can get it, lets not wait for the government. The private schools are there although owned by same politicians holding the youths and country to ransom.

Education is necessary and learning to read and write can never be wished away. I believe the nigerians here are able to read and write because they have some level of education. Education therefore is not irrelevant in Nigeria despite that jobs are not available now but favour is still around.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Length of Time Before You Learn All These Gambling Terms Or Jargons on: June 29, 2022, 01:45:03 PM
When you're starting out as a gambler there are terms and jargon that have to be explained to you or you have to research for you to understand its meaning and how it applies to gambling.

It is a matter of interest and the level of interest you have will determine how long it will take for one to understand those jargons. This means you will have to put more effort in knowing them. Example is if you play steady and you are losing because of certain reason and you don't understand those terms used, you will research more on them to get real understanding about the terms to be better in the game and able to discuss it with other gamblers better.

Our Naija FG inside de House of Reps don talk say Dem want make gambling operators dem start to the collect their customers Dem National Identity Number (NIN) before them place their bet.

This NIN thing don dey turn another thing for naija oo. I sabi say na for security purpose but wetin concern am with NIN. So that one mean say if a teenager fit be able to get NIN, Jim don be able to enter game house to go be play. I think government fit focus in underage gambling as far the gamble dey concern, at least restrict young people from exposing demselves to vices.
18  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: June 28, 2022, 02:34:36 PM
Abeg make una shook mouth for this matter. How many of una dey use the eNaira? Abi una agree with wetin the 70-years old man(Emefiele) talk? I dey wait to read una comments.

I been see one video for YouTube wey one priest drop, him dey shout am loudly say one Nigeria na scam. The priest really talk with anger as nonsense dey happen for the country. The people wey dey control the country just dey come out with policies wey dem see for dream or wey them wife and relatives tell dem and them no go even do survey to know how the policy go be, so even when we say we no want am, dem go dey force the tin down our throats. These people na pharoah but God go shame them. People no go use e-naira except dem comot fiat for street and that one no go work.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To build your Professionalism on casino on: June 28, 2022, 10:28:51 AM

6. If you lose your assets then donít pursue the losses.

I believe in this and that is why most gamblers lose money because they keep trying to win back there losses. If a gambler is always desperate to get back his losses then the tendencies of making more loses are high. Gambling is better done with right senses and proper calculation and purposes, being in control of the game makes you smarter to think ahead.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 27, 2022, 05:31:55 PM
Already imagined as half the gamblers from the forum have become betting consultants. Bookmakers are going bankrupt and the whole betting industry is in deep crisis. All because of the crazy success of the new consultants. Cheesy But all kidding aside, it seems to me that this kind of activity is like trusting money in trading, where you end up losing your savings. It all benefits someone else, but not you.

This kind of funny I think no matter how the consultancy services go on, we must see losers in the gambling industry. Gambling is not meant to benefit everyone but few and the losers money is used to service the casinos or gambling house, sadly but this is the naked truth that gamblers don't want to here. It is a business and no one in a particular business continues on the business if they are making loses.
