I'm currently mining ERGO and I wonder what could have caused this error: GPU3 result validation failed [autolykos2]? Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NBMiner v39.0, GPU Miner for ETH, CFX, RVN, GRIN, BEAM, AE, ERGO, ZIL

Mining with HiveOS, it would be lovely to see NBMiner do ERGO+ZIL in the near future.
But as for now, I'm very happy with what NBMiner is doing with LHR cards. I must say it's very good.

|
|
Can TBM also do ERGO + Zilliqa? I would love to see TBM do that, and see TBM in HiveOS, RaveOS, and MinerStat as well.

What's new?
SYSTEM 🖥 ⚙️ Improved Nvidia OC (improved support for fanless and mobile GPUs; updated nvtool to v1.5.5) ⚙️ Added support for AMD RX 6900 XT Ultimate (added definitions for AMD RX 6900 XTX/W6900X/RX 6700M/RX 6600M; added OC support for RX 6900 XTX known as RX 6900 XT Ultimate; fixed displaying name for RX 6700 XT with ASIC NAVI22 XTLH) ⚙️ Improved update process (added GPUs re-detection after update; added attempt to fix broken packages) ⚙️ Improved stratum latency checker ( more accurate data) ⚙️ Fixed autofan (fixed critical temp action) ⚙️ Fixed flashing NVidia GPUs in force mode
I'm mining ERG+ZIL with this version. HiveOS is a very useful tool for miners. I rank this on top of all out there. I just wish hiveon will soon have an ERG+ZIL pool. It's great to use HiveOS. Thank you.

How to do PoS with ETP Metaverse?

I noticed a few ARRR mining pools have a payment scheme of PPLNT. What exactly is PPLNT? How does it differ from PPLNS or PPS? Can anyone please give some clarification on this? Thanks.

What advantage(s) or disadvantage(s) does PPLNT in comparison with PPLNS?

Hi @doktor83. I see there is a guide for dual mining ERG+ZIL in HiveOS. Can you also provide help or a guide for dual mining the same in Minerstat and in RaveOS? Thanks in advance for the help.

Like woolypooly say, ERG is a gem for 4 GB AMD GPU. So I am mining, trading, and holding some as well. I just wish deposit and withdrawals of ERG are now open at BitMart. I hope Ergo devs contact them soon so that we can freely do some trading there.

Congratulations to Turtlecoin!
As prices in exchanges increases, more people are interested in holding it, and more miners are attracted for higher profitability.
Keep making this coin better devs.

I will start some Nicehash mining later on my rig and see if I can reproduce it. Usually it should not disconnect - at least there is nothing forcing it to do so. Switching epochs (for Nicehash or Zilliqa dual mining) works without reconnect (unless pool decides to close connection (e.g. ezil does so while shardpool does not).
Hi Lolliedieb, I will be mining Eth with Zil. Shardpool has no sample batch file text for lolMiner. Can you give a sample batch file text in windows 10 for switching ephocs in shardpool Zilliqa dual mining? Thanks

Mining pools here https://miningpoolstats.stream/zelantus . It's good to mine now when difficulty is still low. And it would be better to see ZELS listed in a good exchange. It should be listed so to encourage the communities of miners and traders.

@PhoenixMiner, since we already have ProgPow here, any plans of adding KawPow soon in your software? You know Raven is profitable these days. I think many miners would love to mine KawPow with PhoenixMiner if added in your mining software.

I like ETC. But when ETC changes algo, I hope and wish it will still be GPU-friendly. Cos if not, most GPU miners will leave ETC for other GPU-friendlier algo coins. That's what devs should put into consideration.

Does not work with 17.8-BETA drivers. I will not change drivers for new ones.
Problem is that your drivers turn 3 years old now. AMD had a lot of breaking changes with their drivers, so if I want my code to run on older ones I need to install them and do all the build stuff for them as well. Its already plenty of work to go back to 18.10 drivers (RX 580) or 18.50 (Vegas), which are the oldest I currently build for. Why do you want to stick on that old drivers? The newer ones are really not bad - and what was introduced with the old blockchain drivers is now part of the newer ones. Afaik there is no technical reason to stick on the (very) old ones. We all know the 17.8 Beta Crimson Blockchain Driver was the best driver. I just wish AMD will update the Blockchain Driver to a 2020 edition since more are interested now in GPU mining. It is just more better for mining rigs. I don't believe Adrenaline Drivers completely have what the Blockchain driver had, what was introduced to it. Cos I have some rigs with the same particular brand of RX 580 GPUs that run perfectly with the Blockchain Driver with good hashrates, but go crazy and/or low hashrate when I install the 2019 or 2020 edition Adrenaline drivers with compute mode settings. However, on the rest of my other rigs with well-known brands of GPU, Adrenaline 2020 edition is perfect.

Hey guys,
i am maybe in wrong forum.. but in Ethereum mining you prefer Phoenix or Team Red.. Team Red seems abit faster.. Just trying to get most out of the cards (i think like most of us here)
using Vega 56 on Ethereum..
Like on TRM i get 48.71Mh on Phoenix 44.47Mh seems like a pretty big difference? good chance my Phoenix miner is not optimized.. so if any help info to fine tune for optimal hashrate is welcome i am running close to 360x Vega 56
Good for you cos you found a big difference between the two. But I can't make TRM get stable with most of my rigs. Most of them just crash. That's why I stick with PM. PM is more stable for my rigs than TRM or CM.

To Haven Protocol devs, I am mining XHV and mining it to exchange wallet in Bittrex. The payout were automatic, so the coins were sent to Bittrex automatically. But when I checked Bittrex, my XHV coins were not there because there is maintenance of Haven Protocol XHV wallet in Bittrex. When will you open up Bittrex wallet? And those coins that were sent from mining pool automatically sent will show up later?
usually it's not a good idea to mine directly to an exchange wallet, why you don't install the wallet locally? XHV GUI wallet needs to be updated because I can't synchronize it to network. I also can't add remote nodes. The last wallet update was done almost a year now, last June 28 2019. So I just use Bittrex wallet for now. Yes it's not a good idea but I don't have a choice. Unless Haven Protocol devs will update the GUI wallet to a better one or more usable one and working too, then I will use the GUI wallet again. Yet I am happy because Bittrex Wallet is now out of maintenance and I see my correct balance there. I'm stacking up my XHV coins there waiting for the price to go up again. Though it's up about 1% in Bittrex now, I will wait for it to rise further. Of CN coins, I find XHV being among the most promising coins. It's more profitable recently. That's why I switch my rigs to mine XHV whenever it is more profitable than EtHash coins.

What to do in this situation? UPGRADE YOUR DRIVER TO AT LEAST 18.1.1 @gaalx01 also place your 8gb card to GPU 1 slot (to the x16 pciE slot 1). Cos PhoenixMiner is gonna read and run from the vram of your 8gb card.
