what will happen to the unsold tokens?
As written in whitepaper - they will be burnt. And if roadmap and business plan is right owners wait increasing price per one token. Because coins will be more rare. Where will your tokens trade?
SRG tokens will be placed right after ICO on: Orderbook, Hitbtc, Livecoin and Coinsbank. After one or two months SRG tokens will be placed on much more Exchanges. Orderbook and Hitbtc - no doubt. But other? team approve this? Or it your opinion? |

competitors?? I'm sure you know that now there are many payment system. Personally I may say Utrust or Bitpay. Recently Viso came to play. There are plenty others as well. the main features of CopPay that makes us different are that, firstly, we have no transaction fees for merchant and really small for customers; secondly, our terminals are installed completely free of charge. and also, we don't use cards, like some projects do. They allow you to use them only if you buying in USD or EUR plus you have to do many manipulations before performing an actual transaction. We are simply different;) From where buyers pay if you not use credit card wallet? Where is money? Or pay will make by cryptocurrencies from own wallet in your system? |

How to invest? Can I invest with Exchange?
You can invest from anywhere. But if from exchange then tokens will return to exchange wallet not your. It's quiet dangerous, because you can lose all your tokens. There are no opportunity to write deposit address from exchange to get yours tokens back. They will be send to a general exchange address, not to your own. Use MEW. Which question such answer. In srg.io you can invest from exchange because tokens will be sended to orderbook wallet for all, not to return in wallet-sender. That's why you can pay from any wallets |

I think they have already raised good amount, about your question, mostly projects refund if they think that the funding amount can not help in developing their project. What if the minimum investment threshold is not reached?
