1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Burstcoin a good coin? on: May 07, 2017, 02:48:31 PM
~snipped~
Here is the official website of Burstcoin : https://www.burst-team.us/ and here is the exchange : https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_burst
With good volume and stable price maybe a good coin to trade with, however I haven't heard this coin till now.

Thing with BURST is it's been around for a bit (over 2 years)... but it was created and original dev didn't do much with it.  Current dev team pick it up about 1.5 years ago and has done a lot .... except marketing.  Significant marketing has only really started the last 2 - 3 months.

So, imo the thing with BURST you know it's established  (It's not some new scam) but it's also "new" to a lot because the marketing just wasn't there.  Which is why I personally saw it as tremendously under valued.
Don't forget the Burst wallet bitcointalk thread, It's somewhere but I don't know where on here. Can't seem to find it but here is the user: burstcoin

Might be a few years old but it can still be followed.
Good luck.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think DOGECOIN is the future of Altcoins ? on: May 07, 2017, 12:38:21 AM
I don't this it will be the future, it will eventually die out in like 10~ years or so.
Bitcoin on the otherhand, will die out but that will take many decades.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: please help,newbie.bitcoin unconfirmed 2 days.READY TO TIP on: May 06, 2017, 08:38:47 PM
The transaction is unconfirmed. The sender must have set an extremely low fee. The best you can do is prob. tell him to raise the fee or wait.

Send or Receive to that address?

If you are trying to receive bitcoin from that address/someone sent you 0.285 bitcoin, ask them if the transaction is verified. If it is, the user who sent you bitcoin might have sent it to the wrong address.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $0.85 transaction fee is absolutely ridiculous! on: May 06, 2017, 06:47:11 PM
I like to set my transaction fee to about 0.0005, but it does take like 6 hours or less to have the transaction verified.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Burstcoin a good coin? on: May 06, 2017, 06:31:06 PM
I've recently heard about Burstcoin. It looks like a really great coin, especially since they make it easy for the not-so-good hardware people. Uses your HD space to mine which I think is awesome.
I want your guys opinions on it. Is it a good altcoin?

edit2:
i looked up claymore's cryptonote gpu mining program and it says its only supported on AMD cards, i have an nvidia gt 730.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Is MinerGate a good mining software as well as a legitmate cloud mine? on: April 29, 2017, 11:34:53 PM
title says it all, is minergate a good mining software + cloud mining to use?
i am currently mining with it and its quite good to be honest.
combined hashes per second with my gpu and cpu = 140 ~ 220 Hashes/s
i dont wanna pay for cloud mining until i get more bitcoin and i find out its a legitimate cloud mining service.

12  Economy / Services / Computer Optimization/Virus removal/Computer security/etc // Windows OS only on: April 27, 2017, 08:24:04 PM
Hello, I am offering for any sort of support to optimize your computer w/o the use of me controlling it (avoid these types) and just guiding you through what you need to do. If optimization is not required and you simply need help removing any sort of virus, I will also do that, but depending on the type of malware will vary the price. No voice communication is required, but if it is absolutely required, I will ask if I can talk to you.

Since I do not like Skype, I am only able to be contacted through Discord. Please do not give me your phone number, it is not needed.

Minimum payments I accept: 0.0034 BTC = 4.54 USD as of 4/27/2017

Maximum payments I accept: 0.015 BTC = 20.03 USD as of 4/27/2017

If you have a minor issue (something small but you can't figure it out), I will determine how small it is and if it is a really small issue I will tell you a smaller payment to make.

Contact me on Discord only if you are interested: p0int_scale#2367

TOS PLEASE READ

The buyer will pay first, NO EXCEPTIONS
You must describe me the issue, if you have an emergency on your PC, I won't be able to help you out.
You can contact me and pay me with anything you want. Must be computer/security related only. Even if you are wanting tips on a more secure password or computer.
I will only accept Bitcoin NO EXCEPTIONS
If you add me and I don't respond, I'm either away or just doing my own thing at the moment.
