1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] cryptoimprovementfund.io $CIF on: January 30, 2018, 12:50:31 PM
i see cif been listed in coinexcange, this is great news. and hopefully the price could rise higher

Medium Release

Coinexchange.io & Blockchain.Edu

Great news! Congratulations!
So, trading on the exchange began. Announced a new partnership. In my opinion, everything is going well  Wink
I have some CIF. I'll hold them for a while, I'll look behind the developments.

What do you mean new partnership?

Blockchain.edu is the product not a partnership.

However in the past there were some awesome partnerships made, like BitDegree and Empirica.

Hello Everyone,

I think we all know its a scam. Its sad that people scam other people for a small amount of money while you can make lots of profit on a legal way in crypto.
But the thing that I dont understand is: why would you make a scam with your real names?

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][ends 01/12] AdShares - P2P market for programmatic ADS on: January 10, 2018, 12:14:50 PM
Hello, I saw this project but I do have some questions before investing.

The thing I dont understand is that the ICO price is now 0,16$, but adshares is already tradable for on exchanges like cryptopia for 0,97$?

Is there a difference between ICO tokens and the tradable tokens or what does explain the price difference?

Can someone answer this?
I think you will not get an answer:(
I also did not receive answer about where you can download wallet, or where I store my coins?

Price of ico is not 0.16 but 0.80 at the moment

Price in ETH: 0.000641 ETH

But in the whitepaper:

Token price = 0.1 * ((Token no)/ 10 M)

16 Mil has been sold right now, so 0.1 * (( 16 M )/ 10 M) = 0,16 dollar $

And now I already bought for ADST for 0,80.....whitepaper is misleading?

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] cryptoimprovementfund.io $CIF on: December 26, 2017, 02:41:04 PM

Wow this wallet is sexy as hell! I think one of best looking wallets out there, can't wait to use it and the implementation of the PrivateSend part either!

This is all way above my expectations of CIF!  Thank you and keep up the good work!

PS: I live in the Netherlands and know the owner of one of the biggest food companies in the Netherlands personally, once the CIF business project is completed and there is need for costumers feel free to contact me with a PM.
Albert Heijn? Sligro? Smiley

Actually it is the Spare Rib Express, number 68 in delivering fast food in the Netherlands, around 20 million revenue in 2017.
It is a franchise company and I know the owner personally, so I can contact him anytime Wink

coinexchange.io, cryptopia !
why not  start it with the top exchanges players ?  more volume and liquidity and for sure more active  Cool

top 6 is :

1. Bittrex

2. Binance

3. Bithumb

4. Bitfinex

5. GDAX

6. Poloniex

volume arround  13 000 000 000 usd/24 hour

copied from coinmarketcap.com
you think it's so easy to get to such a site)? The more abrupt the exchange the more difficult. if on yobit or cryptopia it is possible to get paid then for larger ones it is more difficult. although cryptopia is not the worst choice. so also hit btс

We've definitely looked and are attempting to get listed on these - however I'll put it in perspective. HitBTC currently costs 976,490.25 USD (50 BTC). Spending such a large amount on an exchange like that is not appropriate for our project. Have faith in CIF that we're budgeting to produce enterprise level software, generate revenue as well as have significant trading volume for our coin. Rome wasn't built in a day, we'll get there eventually!

Listing on Binance will be great, but a bit too ambitious if you ask me. I dont think we can meet the requirements to get listed there. Cryptopia will be a good mid tier exchange to start with, I ll be really happy if we can be listed there.

The new wallet looks really good! Can't wait to use it once it is out!

This is already from august....not something new....

And it will be lots of work for nothing if the SEC wants to do that...so they wont...
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I have problems if I copy a code from another person to create a cryptocurre on: December 11, 2017, 09:52:53 AM
If you are asking questions like this it is better not to make a cryptocurrency yourself. There are enough shit & scamcoins around.

Why should he not? 4000 failed why not 4001? If he wants to do it, he should have to freedom to make it or fail it's his freedom!

Ofcoarse he has the freedom to do it, but all I do is tell him that most people are not waiting for another crappy coin.

any update about this project?if it had been died?
it looks our bounty was no value

What do you mean? this project is up and running, devs working hard. They just announced partnership few days ago.

You will make a lot of profit on your bounty if the project will succeed.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some of the big ICO's getting delisted from bittrex already? TIME.........OUT on: December 03, 2017, 08:54:39 PM
I think something bigger is going on.

Early this year Poloniex was about the get the mainstream exchange and then they started to fuck everything up; not replying anymore, funds that disappeared, verification was taking ages...it looked like they want to get rid of a bunch of customers.

And it looks like bittrex is going the same way. Last week they lowered basic account withdrawal from 4 to 0.4 btc...thats a big decrease...

I think this project is interesting but I have some questions before investing. It would be nice if the CIf team can answer my questions.

Q1: How much is raised in the first phase of the ICO?

Q2: In this forum there has been spoken by the CIF team about VC funding, but there is nothing about it in the whitepaper? Where do the tokens come from which they are buying?

Q3: In the whitepaper you can read that the CIf token will be tradable after the first ICO phase, since the first ICO phase is over, why is there no exchange listing yet?

Thanks in advance,

Proxik

Hi Proxik - great questions - let me provide some insight.

Q1: How much is raised in the first phase of the ICO?

2.95138071 BTC was raised - 29513.44 USD - 38200.32 CAD 8:04 EST 29/11/2017

Q2: In this forum there has been spoken by the CIF team about VC funding, but there is nothing about it in the whitepaper? Where do the tokens come from which they are buying?

So the VC funding came into play when we realized the opportunity that presented itself in the public markets - working with Duane and Joseph we are extremely close to a deal with will see a significant amount of capital raised and a public listing on the TSXV. This came into play post whitepaper and is more properly represented in the pitch deck and business plan - as seen on https://www.cryptoimprovementfund.io/investors/

Q3: In the whitepaper you can read that the CIf token will be tradable after the first ICO phase, since the first ICO phase is over, why is there no exchange listing yet?
Due to the sentiment relayed by the community that it would be a bad idea to list CIF before the ICO was complete - we chose to hold off. However the Escrow agreement does dictate that we must list before any of the raised funds are released from the multisig wallet so buyers still have that protection in place. We didn't want what was happening to several other coins that listed pre-ico completion, to occur.

One thing that is a sign of a strong business is the ability to adapt and change. I can say with confidence that no successful business is 100% to the tune of what they initially drafted on paper x years ago. Very appreciative that you took the time to read through the whitepaper - if you read through our website and our medium where we post alot of activity - our path will make more sense and you'll see where we've started and where we hope we'll end up!

Thanks again for the thoughtful question.

CIF

Thank you CIF Team for the reply.

Just to make sure: the supply will be 200 mil out of 500 million? Or will there be more supply because of VC funding?

Maybe this question is somewhere in the documents, but I will read pitch deck and business plan as soon as I got back from work and there is less time left to invest in ico phase 2.

Thanks!

Proxik

To answer your final question there will only be 200M sold - the VC funding is for actual equity in the company. The only coins that will be available for any equity investors are the 10m set aside for the team however that's up for negotiation and will be divided internally.

Thank you CIF Team, I am in, wish I knew this project in first ico stage.
