I believe everyone on this forum has made both good and bad decisions in terms of investing in altcoins. I recently made a mistake buying a lot of Dogecoins after Elon Musk changed the Twitter logo into the Doge logo. Price was surging and due to FOMO, I bought a lot at the price of $0.099 and afterwards it started to dump like hell. If I continue to hold Dogecoins, the price might be dumping even lower but if I sell them now, the losses become concrete and I'll never have a chance to win back. Investing in meme coin is risky and knowing that we invest there hoping for large profit. This coin was originally hyped by Elon Musk. Since the hype is ended, it may turn lower again. My suggestion to you since you have purchased it is to hold on to it. There is a possibility that if the bull run starts then you can make a good amount of money from it. Because this coin got ATH up to about 70 cents. Nothing to do but wait. I think if the market get the bull strength you can gain minimum 1x profit for the near future. actually this effect happened week ago and we cannot see that anymore now , that Elon Changing his twitter profile made Doge climb good but return to the price after a week. and yes the argument is correct that not because Doge goes that high meaning all altcoin will follow . reminder that bitcoin is still the one who made this all things come to reality. Such is the reality that Dogecoin has only gone up for a short time and even then it is not quite certain, hard as it seems to achieve the glory of Dogecoin as it used to be, we'll see what will happen and it will be interesting to wait for its development. |

I was introduced to Bitcoins once back in 2012 or 2013, but at that time, I didn’t pay any great attention to the coins, later when I saw Bitcoins touching 700-800$, I got interested into Bitcoins, and then did the best possible tasks to acquire, trade or buy as many Bitcoins as possible. I have seen Bitcoins rising from nothing to 70k usd. So yes I know how Bitcoins have made people dance on it’s will to acquire the coins. OP it’s never too late to buy the coins. Bitcoins are fixed in numbers, so definitely as the time will pass, the value of the coin will increase. So consider yourself lucky if you are able to buy the coins under 30k usd. Buy as many coins as you can and enjoy the profit later on.
Seems excited if getting moment know bitcoin around 2012 or 2013 due still cheapest price, based on my experience I know with Bitcoin around 2016 and have price still cheap but I don't have any planning for investing in Bitcoin. Not all people are interested when first time know about Bitcoin exactly several countries still not have local exchange currencies for withdrawing bitcoin become cash money. I started back in Bitcoin after having little higher price and don't think late for investing back in bitcoin because many time moment for raising to higher price and the last all time high price from bitcoin as the proof how the future with bitcoin still profitable and not late if try investing right now. I have always said that bitcoin changes lives and continues to change them, right now the price of bitcoin for many is high, but in reality it is a bargain, when bitcoin goes up to $400k,wasn't it a bargain right now? It is, but taking into consideration that the fundamentals change the whole panorama, when it appears things are being fixed and everything is returning to normal, which was much needed, however, as good traders, we should always enter the market Analyzing it to see What new things can surprise us with, that is studying the market. in early 2017 I got to know bitcoin and at that time I didn't dare to invest, because I didn't have enough knowledge about bitcoin, but in the end bitcoin experienced a pump and felt disappointed because I didn't buy it at the beginning, but that was the journey to be able to understand the movement of bitcoin. until finally bitcoin started to crash and I ventured to buy it, until 2021 to get its benefits to support the family economy I think it's part of the process and it's important because sometimes there are still many people who only care about results until they end up losing, the key is we need to start learning first and understand it, And what is clear is that everyone's journey is different. |

A common knowledge which is buy low and sell high will work for newbie because that’s how trading work. The only problem was newbie tends to mixed emotion when they are trading which always result to the opposite buy high sell low. There’s no trick on when to buy or sell. You just need to established your trading goal such as what profit is your target to sell and at what price you are willing to buy because the rest is just waiting on trading in able to earn. Just buy and hold. Never daytrade if you are a newbie because you will just messed up on trade since you will chased all possible small profit on trading. Indeed, in trading emotions we have to control not to let emotions control us, when that happens then the output is we make the wrong decision, it's not easy, of course, and it takes a process for newbies, the most important thing is to keep trying their best. |

The mentality some people have is that they can always only make profits without losses in trading. This is very wrong. Another thing is only use funds you can afford to lose and make sure there is another side source of income for a beginning to avoid much pressure. So, it is quite safe to invest in BNB. But for FTM, I am not sure about this coin. What are the strong fundamentals of this coin? Is the concept of this coin different from others? So far regarding the two coins between Ethereum and BNB I don't think there is anything to worry about, both coins make a viable option for long term investment and it will be profitable, For FTM, there are still doubts and for more details, it's better to follow the progress. |

as long as binance could keeps their reputation good, investing in BNB would be always worthwhile the thing with investing in BNB is that the coin itself highly utilized in their platform and there's always some stake program that involves the use of BNB, even holding BNB might give you some rewards, binance in this regard working really hard in keeping its value high that I think it wouldn't just collapse like ftt, it's completely different coin with different system.
Maybe that's why BNB continues to stay on top and when it comes to this coin I honestly never doubt it, BNB won't collapse easily so no need to worry, for a long term investment BNB is a very viable option and it will be profitable. |

Simple thought: Anything that gives people another investment route will dilute the amount of money they have to invest in other things so yes, it would have reduced interest in stocks simply because if you have "X" to invest and want to buy certain things you have to work you which is more important. So, people will invest less in stocks since they are putting some of their money into BTC.
Moving on with that thought having people invest in other things will drop stock prices a bit so other investors will look elsewhere. Bringing more people into BTC.
