1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will usage of bitcoin reduce the value of native currencies? on: December 29, 2018, 05:43:13 PM
Uhmm I do not think, it would have to be something too massive for that to happen, remember that many businesses are made with gold and silver, so the fiat did not displace that exchange rate, the same surely that will happen with cryptos too, like a type more currency, that we can use for our transactions.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Airport accepting bitcoins for traveling tickets on: December 29, 2018, 05:30:47 PM
When I was investigating the uses that could be given to bitcoin, was mentioned something like this, especially with the use of the blockchain, it would be great that we could cancel automatically and receive a refund as soon as our flight has a considerable delay and we can not wait, that would make life easier for everyone and would be really useful.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2019, Would The Market Getting Better? on: December 29, 2018, 05:23:53 PM
If I give you a concise answer, I will be lying, we really do not know if it will improve the market, all we can do is see and wait, actually things are very complicated now to see an improvement, but who knows, maybe the new year will surprise us, we are already seeing symptoms of improvement, but with cryptos you never know.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Courage for cryptocurrency participants on: December 27, 2018, 05:42:59 PM
I think it's a combination of courage, stubbornness, faith, and madness, that keeps most of us here, with a little more of one than the other depending on the month, in general, it's always good to support something until the end, so you avoid those feelings of what would happen if?
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you promote Bitcoin? on: December 27, 2018, 05:37:20 PM
I have several online stores that allow me to process payments by bitcoin and other alts, but I had to stop it momentarily until the market normalized, I was losing too much money and unfortunately, the world still needs FIAT, or at least my suppliers.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin not used in medical billing? on: December 27, 2018, 05:31:36 PM
I think that argument could be done with each sector of the market, the answer remains the same, the day we can pay suppliers with bitcoin, that day will emerge as currency, also very important, stability, not even the price is as important as that a currency is worth the same today and next month.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We have to be aware that bitcoin will not last forever on: December 26, 2018, 03:49:45 PM
Yes, of course, it really is, bitcoin is the first of its kind, is like a beta version, I think what most people support here is the technology, blockchain really has a good future if it continues to develop, and now I think we can enter a new phase of development and see how high we cap
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do they still give btc loans on: December 26, 2018, 03:40:28 PM
I think that in the forum marketplace you may have some luck, but you're going to need a trusted user that guarantees for you or at least some mod that serves as a scrow, of course for a reasonable fee, personally, it's worth the peace of mind that gives an intermediary to secure your loan.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It might not be easy, you just have to let go on: December 23, 2018, 04:01:09 PM
Of course but we are only talking about the economic section of the cryptocurrency, because if we talk about technology, we do nothing but move forward, despite the different forks in this year, many projects were consolidated and are being used even by large companies.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano will replace ETH! on: December 23, 2018, 03:58:22 PM
I don't think that really happens, Cardano is not even a crypt under many definitions of the word, so they are not really in the same competition, the only thing they agree is in the market share because in philosophy or utility they are very different currencies.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are people doing? on: December 22, 2018, 10:46:25 PM
I think that many of the investors with more time here, are waiting, right now just went up a bit more BTC but can be a simple pump, if the situation improves a little, I think I will sell to recover my investment and continue leaving a little to see where it goes up, I really am not so aware of the market right now for the holidays.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is KYC For Bounty Hunters Good? Lets Share Our Views! on: December 22, 2018, 10:33:31 PM
I believe that at some points it can be beneficial, but in general I do not believe that it provides enough to the ecosystem to be highly necessary, other less invasive regulatory measures can be implemented, which would provide a similar effect, we always have to think about the purpose that cryptos have before taking any action.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can start all over again on: December 21, 2018, 05:47:04 PM
And above all remember that we are not always here for the money, of course, that may be our initial observation as it is what most calls the attention at first sight, but if we focus on the technology and the uses we can give them, we will be much more satisfied with the progress of bitcoin in the long term.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking about sell? Or invest more? on: December 21, 2018, 05:28:56 PM
A combination of both, I sold the coins that were left over from other bounties and now only hodl those that are in the top 10 and one that has good potential, of course, is a bet but for me is very important to keep the fun in the market.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How twitter affects the price of Bitcoin on: December 19, 2018, 07:39:23 PM
I believe that as any social communication platform has a significant impact on the market since certain influencers with enough popularity can manipulate the FUD and the FOMO of the market with their crazy predictions, good luck in your study, I would postulate but I do not feel so confident yet hehe.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Medium of Exchange vs Store of Value: Where is Bitcoin today? on: December 19, 2018, 07:32:04 PM
I think that as a means of transaction it has fulfilled its role fully, at first was quite complicated because nobody really expected it to be so popular, but as time went by and the parameters were adjusting, everything was normalized, and now is quite stable, the secondary market store value with luck dies this year.
17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull Run or Dead Cat Bouncing ? on: December 19, 2018, 07:27:59 PM
I think it can be a combination of both, right now people are so exeptic that they wouldn't recognize a bull run even if it happened for a continuous month, so we have to wait and see what really happens, who can blame them, with this disastrous market falling all year long.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: seling or holding your altcoin ? on: December 18, 2018, 05:52:27 PM
Right now I think you have to be very careful with what you're going to sell, for example, ethereum is very cheap to sell now, so I would endure a few months before doing it, because I would lose a lot of money if I do it now, and I think sooner rather than later is going to recover.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real "Miners" shutdown the Mine, Unless they can make a profit on: December 18, 2018, 05:48:38 PM
That there are no longer coins worth mining is a lie, there are many countries with an economic or subsidized electricity where it is always worthwhile, now that you can get into trouble with the state by abusing the benefits is another thing, but if I'm not mistaken people continue mining monero without problem, even the same btc.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lessons from crypto in 2018 on: December 17, 2018, 10:05:42 PM
I think the only thing I really learned is that nobody really knows what they're talking about, and you can make the craziest predictions in this environment and be right because volatility is so strong that it makes cryptos practically unpredictable.
