Look into FunFair (FUN), they are going to allow 3rd parties to operate such a business on their platform, which should make it a lot easier to get this off the ground.

Better to Do Your Own Research (DYOR) and not rely too much on the trash people too often talk on this forum, regularly promoting their own bags and various scams. ICOs are the most risky but can be the most rewarding, but it's getting much harder to profit of ICOs nowadays. Anyway, good luck!

Loki's a legit project with a so far impressive team. It's available to buy or sell for BTC on TradeOgre, Cryptopia & Altex Exchange. Ethereum mining is getting less profitable virtually everyday due to ASICs and the ETH ICE AGE feature kicking in as they change from POW to POS. Plenty of up-and-coming projects to mine that don't have to compete with secret ASIC miners. Cryptonight-heavy is one hell of an algorithm!  |

Elon Musk keeps talking about the subject and will attempt his own project, PRAVDA.
I have been working on a similar blockchain-based concept (still in early stages) since late last year. The main challenges for a project like this is to set up a trusted decentralized reputation/voting system or data aggregation point reputation system that pulls reputation/truth score data from a range of sources, then put that on an immutable blockchain and incentivize people to use it and share it. The main thing I see a project like this needs is protection from being easily corrupted, gamed or becoming centralized in the future. The second thing would be building awareness.
What do you guys think about the need for Decentralized News Media? How would you think it could actually work?
