It worked, thank you very much Pooya - you're a star! : )

Thanks for your reply. These are mistakes and I'll like to delete these transactions from my wallet, but how do I do this?

what you need to do is either broadcast those two transactions and let them confirm or if they are mistakes, delete them from your wallet and try making a new transaction from the last confirmed tx which is the topmost green one on 2018-5-12
3  Bitcoin / Electrum / Can't send BTC due to this message... on: May 20, 2018, 02:52:14 PM
Hello,

I'm having trouble sending BTC. I put in my password, then 2FA and this message pops up!

error: {'code': 1, 'message': 'the transaction was rejected by network rules.\n\nMissing input

I've included screenshots to help anyone diagnose the problem.

The last time I used this wallet was over a week ago and the problem has persisted since then.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a newbie regards this, so would appreciate any advise in an easy to understand format.

These two images are to assist with any diagnostic problems. Not sure whether I had to scribble out some of the numbers/letters, as wasn't sure what they actually were!

Many thanks,

I PM'd Macbook-air around an hour ago, but just checking him out here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=16114 and wondered is it normal for members to behave in this way?

Quickseller seems to be even worse https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=358020 and he's rated 'legendary'!

Thanks HI-TEC99, I'll drop Quickseller and Macbook-air an email with an offer. In the mean time I'll have another go at pushing it through the 'Transaction Accelerator'.

Bitcoin, mining, wallets etc is becoming more understandable the more I read this forum, but does it really need to be so complex? Surely, this can all be simplified, I read major banks where accepting or considering to accept Bitcoin, but I can't see your average housewife getting their head round this at the moment.

Thanks for getting back to me Neurotic fish.

Please can you take a quick look at the screenshot and let me know if I'm in the correct place, I'm getting this message 'Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later.'? Do I need to deposit bitcoin to use the transaction accelerator?

I've looked at 'Quickseller' but not registered as it'll just be like opening another can of worms and already I've worms coming out of my ears : )

Thanks for your help and advice HCP,

It was really stupid of me to screenshot a 64bit character ID (sorry)

To help other investigators.... the transaction IDs are:
65d4b53331a24dfdee6e91a34144645d6d2319213437db72af54ae490566f126
33a8209abb1c8b34cbaf552e0471bae7a752424cc6fefa3c87ffa1de46842797

I've looked at Mocacinnos fee checker and attempted the first of his suggestions and signed up to www.viabtc.com. I sort of get it, but worried I'm either going to do something wrong and lock out my money or be scammed.

I'd be happy for yourself, Coin-Keeper or achow101 or another trusted user from this forum to sort this for me and in return would be happy to send you £10 or 0.00717 Bitcoin.

Many thanks Coin-keeper and achow101 for getting back to me so quickly.

These are the two transaction ID numbers, do you need any other info?

Taking your advice and educating myself on the discussions here and at github, jeez, it's a steep learning curve.
9  Bitcoin / Electrum / Electrum customer support on: May 11, 2017, 09:35:37 PM
I'm new to Electrum and looking for support from their customer service department - do they exist? Can't seem to find a number or any contact details.

Problem I'm having is they two transactions haven't gone through and it's been a few days now. I understand that there is a bottleneck of transactions at the moment, but I've been waiting on these for nearly 4 days now - can any one help, point me in the right direction or give me contact detail for Electrum customer support?

many thanks in advance : )
