741  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcointalk members ... our knowledge is valuable on: May 23, 2017, 06:01:46 PM
Im starting this thread that i hope will be beneficial to everyone.

This isnt a coin specific thread....its a thread that talks about our knowledge and experiences, that new users could find useful.

Over the years, during the good times, the bad times, the very bad times and now the very good time ....all of us on Bitcointalk never gave up.
We may have made and/or, we may have lost lots of $, btc and other alts, while learning and trying to avoid making the same mistakes again.
we share our knowledge with our close friends and family....but because many of us spent so much of our time here , we became friends and some even as close as family.
We all had sleepless nights, tears, tears and then smiles, the stress most of us went through is not normal...many gave up but we survived and became stronger & smarter

I think now we all have a responsiblity to lead by example....
I feel from senior to legendary members here all have a responsibilty to teach, educate and help everyone ,not fight and try to mislead people for personal gain.
The new user's will always try to troll, fud and at times be abusive...its up to us to correct them and try to guide them in a positive truthful manner.
We are no longer a small group of people that should be fighting over every little pump or dump on a coin...
doesnt matter which coin/s you buy ,trade or hodl....our knowledge gained over the years is now becoming valuable for the next wave of new users.
The same way we asked and respected advice from our peers at Satoshis time, we helped elevate crypto together to the multi $millions...now the new users are bringing in fresh funds, just like we did and still do
We are part of a market worth almost $100bill....we all helped grow the market to where it is today...soon we will be a $trillion market but only if we help the new users.
We need to mature just like the market.
Soon there will be virtually every company , bank , fi using some form of crypto and if anyone of us wanted a job...
our cv might not even be required, just tell them who you are on bitcointalk could lead you to a job where you get paid over $50k+ per year.

Together we will change the world.  Smiley

Thank you  Smiley

Good luck everyone  Smiley

ps...special thanks to Mr Satoshi Nakamoto  Kiss

I'm new here and just love the way you put it across. Thank you. Appreciate it.

746  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: May 15, 2017, 04:18:43 PM
Well if bitcoin will became a legal currency, definitely it has to be controlled by the government/bankers. I guess bitcoin is part of the evolution of our legal currency. Let see what will happen next. It depends on the peoples acceptance.
747  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about the death penalty? on: May 14, 2017, 05:42:20 PM
I feel it is necessary. As long as the justice system is really very well verse on their duties to make sure that the person is guilty and should be punish for heinous crimes they committed.

749  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Cheapest Price For Food, Which You Can Remember on: May 11, 2017, 06:30:53 PM
Well if it was recent, I purchased recently 1 kilo of Sweet Potato for 6 Qatari Riyals per kilo. I guess that's cheap. But during my childhood days, I purchase 1 bun, 1 rice soup for just 25 cents (peso). That's really cheap. Smiley

Maganda dyan sa Laresio, nagpunta ako last march para icheck yung lugar. Nakakalula yung yung taas ng place na pwede kang tumalon sa Lake. Mukhang madami din silang activities. Medyo mahal nga lang. Hopefully makatry next time.

752  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 09, 2017, 11:41:54 AM
I guess it depends on the person's liquidity.  If a person had enough room on his finances for the risk, I would be best to invest a portion of his money to earn more to beat  the inflation. But if the person is on a tight space, I guess investing would be a risky venture. That's all I can say. Have a nice day guys.
