I don't know what happened to you that you to think real money is in altcoins and shitcoins and that Bitcoin is for wealthy investors, this is absolutely not true.

Maybe you had a bad experience that made you think that, but for me from my personal experience I believe that Bitcoin is free and available to all people even the poor, it is true that the rich can get larger amounts but the poor can get Bitcoin too.

The only reason why I think some people choose some altcoins instead of Bitcoin is because they feel that Bitcoin is too expensive and it takes a lot of time and effort for someone who don't have or earn enough money to build a huge portfolio in Bitcoin that will guarantee their profits and people are impatient, they just want to invest and start seeing the profits immediately but Bitcoin investments doesn't work that way as you have to hold for long term profits.
Bitcoin is for everyone, like even someone who don't have enough money or don't earn enough money can consider using the DCA to invest at different intervals of time, the DCA strategy is easier for all to take part in the accumulating stage without feeling pressured of any kind. Investing in Bitcoin does not mean buying a whole Bitcoin but building your portfolio gradually and consistently. Sometimes the reasons why people feel they are wasting their time investing in Bitcoin is due to the fact that they monitor the activities of altcoins in the market and see some altcoins skyrocket so high within a short time frame but they forget to know that most altcoins are mare pump and dump coins so if you use because an altcoin is pumping and decides to invest in it, when it starts dumping it is always a drastic dump without any sustainability.

OP i think with he two response gotten already, they should be able to meet up to the required information you needed on this aspect, i will advise now that you may lock the thread to avoid spamming from others who may be commenting later, since the two replies received were already on pint and satisfying enough in answering your question, lastly, sometimes, you may just have to make use of the forum search engine in seeking for other relevant information, because they might have been already discussed here instead of you creating another thread on them.
You are wrong to advice the ops to lock the thread, since his Questions was not a direct questions but somewhat a discussion topics that opens up alot of other item's aside from the proof of key day that the ops mentioned in the topic title, so let give ourselves sometimes to enjoy others comments and contributions,, for someone like me, I was not aware of such a day for celebrating and demanding that bitcoin holders who's coins are held on centralised excahges are ask to withdraw to their own wallet.
But from this topic, i have read alot on this topic and now have much information on the off exchange bitcoin day celebration, which give priority to custodial holding against non custodial excahge wallets.

As Baron Nathan Rothschild said in the late 1800's, "The time to buy is when there is blood in the streets." That applies even more to Bitcoin.

I never knew the real money was in altcoins and shitcoins. Bitcoin is simply for rich investors. If you're just starting out in cryptocurrency investing, it's best to ignore Bitcoin and the hype it receives on this forum. The secret to making any money from crypto is NOT bitcoin. Research, test, and see for yourself.
You don't need to be rich so you can afford to invest in bitcoin. Remember, you don't need to buy the whole portion of bitcoin to get started but even a small part of it can actually do. So invest only at your own risk.

For altcoins and shitcoins, know that they can be profitable but can't be reliable most of the time. So if you want to invest on them, prepare yourself for some pressures and stressful nights and days that will only increase the chance of losing, rather than focusing on bitcoin and just patiently wait until its own price goes skyrocket and reaches a new all time high.

I won't say I'm paranoid in nature but
I don't like been the first finding out that something is bad.
The altcoins given isn't worth the security of your funds
Don't sacrifice returns for security
You can only use something you can access

Just get your coins from a reputable DEX and move to a secured open sourced Non custodial wallet or if possible get a cold wallet if capable.

Besides I think it would be better to move this to the Altcoin section.

Those who expect significant returns from Bitcoin with small investments cannot expect much return from Bitcoin investment. And if someone does this, he will not get success from Bitcoin in the long run if he does not increase his investment. But in this case there are some altcoins where there is a possibility of making multiple profit on the investment. But there is no guarantee of those gambling tokens. Any time the investment can take a catastrophic turn. Those planning such investments are definitely taking a big risk. However, investing in Bitcoin is relatively risk-free. If a person invests in Bitcoin according to his means then he can definitely get good returns according to his investment.
It is necessary to realize that the benefits are directly proportional to the sacrifices we will make so that when we make an investment, the benefits will also only be proportional to the total we are ready to lose especially when talking about bitcoin at this time where we must realize that although there will be no late for bitcoin but we are not people who are in the early period by getting bitcoin cheaper so that it will clearly adjust where the capital we save (with the risk of losing) as well as the benefits we will get.

For beginners, maybe the thought of getting profit in a short time is an initial thought and we certainly understand that because when we are new to bitcoin then surely profit is always an important factor that we want to know but over time when we are serious about bitcoin we will understand better that the concept of getting rich instantly when in bitcoin is an inappropriate thing.

My main Electrum server that I run with Fulcrum is deliberately not public, so it won't announce its presence and availability. Log files usually show when Electrum clients connect and communicate.

My experimental Umbrel box on a Raspi runs Electrs as Electrum server. I didn't check how it's configured, might have to look under the hood first. To the outside world it should only be reachable via its Tor address. I would've to dig deeper to figure out if it's public or not and how it logs connection and communication requests.

I would be very surprised if Electrs doesn't have an IP logging option. I never had the need for it, though.

That is very big lie. All those coins you mentioned can't compare to bitcoin and if you think bitcoin is for the Rich then you are making a very big mistake that you too can't correct. And if you want to invest as a poor man, you can use DCA method to acquire some unit of bitcoins which is what I am also using and other investors are also using. Bitcoin is for all if you have the mind and receiving small amount of money as a salary monthly then you can invest in it.
Many people have been thinking the way you are thinking and missed out from the time of investment. And now that the price is going down is an opportunity for you and your colleagues to start the investment. Don't waste time.

Are you one of those who get panicked when bitcoin price falls by 10-20% in a day ? Or you are no longer affected by such price drops and continue to invest on each dip ? Any suggestions on how to control own feelings in case of such drastic drops in bitcoin price ?
Whenever we had 10% -20% Now I see such percentage drop as an opportunity in the market to even Buy some Bitcoin unlike before when I knew nothing about Bitcoin, if you have got to understand Bitcoin very well, you would at some point even pray for such a price drop, especially if we are in a bull market ,that's indeed a great opportunity to buy the dip most of in the industry look for,  in my end isn't a panic rather is ample opportunity buying opportunity.
If you are new in the market, it's normal to get panic while seeing your investment slowly losing its value. However, the longer you stay investing in the market, the more you get used to price fluctuations due to its high volatility, until you never get threatened at all.

Every price drop happening in the market creates a big opportunity instead to buy more and hold more. Although 10-20% is only rare to happen, but if that happens, everyone turns panic buying instead of panic selling.

You are right, the real money is in altcoins because you can get 10-50x your investment in short period of time.
Even though there is risk involved, but let’s remember that no risk no gain, but this doesn’t mean that Bitcoin investment is not profitable, in fact it is very good especially when you are saving for future, you cannot rely on altcoin as your future investment because they can run at anytime, but with Bitcoin, you can be free from inflation because Bitcoin is a store of value.
