When I go out on holidays, I like leaving my Bitcoin Core node on. However, sometimes the external IP address changes and the node stops accepting incoming connections. I know this because it no longer appears at https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/

What is the best way to restart Bitcoin Core remotely in a Windows machine? Is it better to have a script that automatically restarts Bitcoin Core every time it stops accepting incoming connections? Where can I find that script for Windows?
