I recommend you to not buy such type of bank, it will work that is not the problem, but the problem is that your paypal account will be limited for sure, maybe not in the first weeks but it will happen and then you have a big problem to provide them proof of the bank account such as bank statments.

Why you not use your real bank account?

If you are non us resident simply open paypal in your own cou try and you will have  no problems in the future
