Looking for long term secure option in Greece

Im helping a friend find a long term solution for buying bitcoin. He is based in Greece and will be looking for quantities of 10-20 at a  time.

I suggested just setting up on btc-e.com to get lowest rates, are there other good options that are more convenient than waiting on wire, account verification etc?

You can buy BTC via SEPA on https://www.coinimal.com and you get the price locked in when entering the order. So even if it takes 24h for the SEPA to arrive, you will get that price. There is account verification needed though.

10-20 BTC per order are no problem at all. Upto 5000€ per day can be bought.
