I would think they would be better off with groupbuy.  That site seems a little high and missing some BTC miners that I think are more popular at this point.

SP gear is great but they currently are between generations.  You have to get used gear at the moment.

On Bitmain you can get the S5 I believe shipped some if not all of the batch early.  Depending on if you pay a vat you might be better off if you want them to order direct.
