Hey,

I am new with bitcoins

I wanna start mining bitcoins but i failed to configure phoenox or other mining software.
So i found this easy tool to mine bitcoins: https://bitminter.com

But i think i do something wrong.
I have a AMD PhenomII x6 1090T CPU 6x3.2Ghz

But i only get 0.10-0.30 Mhps with this CPU. Is this normal? Its only 0.0001 Bitcoins per day

I don't have a good GPU. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 but it's not showed in the BitMiner Client.
Is it too bad for mining bitcoins? or why is it not showed in the tool?

You should be getting closer to 15 Mhps with a PhenomII x6 (if using all 6 cores).
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison#AMD

That being said even 15 Mhps is worthless.

CPU mining is dead.
GPU mining with NVIDIA GPUs is dead.
Hell GPU mining will likely be dead all together in 6-12 months (FPGA/ASICs).

I know you won't listen (no new miner does) but don't waste your time trying to mine with that hardware.

This will not even pay for the energy you are using. Better look at some mining stocks on GLBSE...

How can i configure it to get 15 Mhps?
I don't wanna make money with this crap Hardware.
I just wanna learn something about bitcoin mining.

I have enough money to invest for a mining PC (10k-20k Euro)
But i think it doesnt make sense to invest money if i don't even know hoe to mine efficiently.
You know what i mean?

Other question: Do you think it's a good idea to invest money in a mining PC? Does it pays off at the end?

Not sure what mistake you are doing wrong with your CPU mining. But to learn about mining any hardware is good. Instead of investing in a mining PC I would be looking at Butterfly labs new ASIC miners, supposively coming out next month.
