What will make yours different?  Will you only promote the faucets you are a member of and put your referral link on them?

I only opened the main page of your website but what is your goal?  Is it just to post referral links or what?  Also, you should consider making your site a little easier on the eyes.  There are already countless lists of faucets out there.

even if they have to, then you have to give something gifts than those who do not register

There is a huge list of links there, but they are all ref links and only some of the links have description.

Maybe it would be better if there were some color and a short description to each of the links, and give the links some breathing space
