From where I got clue that it have max 3 characters and from 0-9
And the password told by author is 99988779 which means its length is below 10.

A web developer gave me a script for 50$ in far format so I was able to see all the files in it then I paid him 50$ after that he gave me password 99988779 which is found to be incorrect after that he said I think I made a mistake sorry get a password unlocked to unlock the password that's it

You can use Hashcat but it is codes mainly in C and some functions in C++.

if its a zip file then password cracking can be done with brute force tool
search google for zip file brute force password cracker and you will find a tool to crack the password

I have trie some. To download some or to use, we need to fill a survey which is near to impossible.

Even the zip cracker which can be downloaded doesn't work like we think. Better not to waste time going for it.

Its not so easy assuming that it contain only 3 char which mean you should start from 777777777 and then so on its not a easy task

I guess there are 3 spots and 10 numbers to be used I.e from 0 to 9. That makes it 10^3=1000 combinations .
Am I getting it right that the password is 3 characters long and can use numbers from 0-9 ?
If yes. Then I can do this job for you, can make a C program and force feed the passwords in the file.
What if the file doesn't open even after all the possible combinations? Do I still get the bounty?

what if what he says to you is all false?

I am informing all that the password is found by me and it was 9988777 and the script was found to be fake at last and the op is got scammed by someone for 50$
That's why we always recommends escrow or not to buy without it.
