It doesn't matter if you will send first, you can easily chargeback with paypal.  Especially being a newbie at your trust level. :-/

I would recommend you use another payment method, or go on localbitcoins.

Escrow can't help unless you wait around half a year for them to say that the transaction is so old that their can be no chargeback. I would not accept anybody's paypal unless they could verify their account and send some sort of ID picture with the date they bought the btc. That way you at least have a valid arguement with Paypal over it.

Yes I am new with no rep. but so were you when you first joined, weren't you? How am I supposed to build rep if no one wants to trade with me? I have never scammed anyone in my entire life. Plus I will pay with my Paypal balance, not with CC which highly limits the charge back options.
I can also show my ID card if needed.
