The original deal was a 3 months old factory unlocked phone, 16gb.
He sent me a new one but 32gb.
The phone was locked to O2 network.
I've tried to unlock it but in the meantime the phone got blocked.
Now I'm waiting for the solution....

If he gets you out of the situation you are hanged in, I will definitely be buying this one as the price is low compared to what I will be getting it here for...

Unfortunately your phone got block in time it was to unlock. If you didn't use the service you ordered it would have come out just fine. Now I ordered unlock with different service and they will unlock your phone any day now. I wrote to your PM.
