WTB 17 BTC and Need to Borrow an additional 7 BTC (closed)

I was not sure where to post this. I need 24 BTC in total. I have enough to buy via PayPal I can afford 17 and I need to borrow 7. Is there anyone that would be interested in this deal?

(wasn't sure if currency exchange or the lending section was the best for this post)
