Does 796 provide no support at all? I sent questions but no answer.

Are there trading rules one should avoid to not get banned? Some exchanges disallow opening and closing positions in a short timeframe. I only want to avoid problems.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

I had to reset my phone and lost access to my 2factor authentication so I can't login. I opened a ticket with support about 4 or 5 days ago, still no answer and I have an open trade atm wtf???

Okcoin is better imho. I tested bitfinex before but their fees make it practically impossible to make profits on short term.

796 is better there but there are too few trades happening. And the missing support is a risk i dont want to take.

Now im at okcoin and if they wouldnt be down now, i wouldnt have to say any bad things about them. They have support, quite responsive. I like that.

Ya I agree that OKCoin is much better. I still have no access to my funds at 796.

Update: I realized that it was actually my mistake. 796 responded to my support ticket the same day. The reply was actually so fast that I dismissed the e-mail thinking that it was an auto-reply.

Not for me.

Do they send from an email address that cant be found when searching for from: 796?

I only find automated emails for verification and such things.

This seems to be a problem a lot of BTC traders face when dealing with an unlicensed and non-transparent exchange. You don't know who holds your assets. No one to be held accountable since there's no information on the people who run the exchange.
That's why we set up Gatecoin.com
You can read about it on this news article: https://www.techinasia.com/gatecoin-profile/
