i trying to mine litecoin with reaper and i am getting this error

ok i looket at my litecoin conf fill and i dont have http:// in the host
and this is what is on my conf fill

I'm not a litecoin miner (yet), but it looks like somthing isn't connecting to the internet.  You also may need to put quotes around any strings (username, host and password), but don't "quote" me on that!  Ha!
