How do you imagine localbitcoin to hold fiat in an escrow?

i do use localbitcoins but i mean i do like to use trust guys in my country with similar bank acounts that loss its just like 10 ut should not occurr should be a scam site promoting that is local bitcoins i dont think the genuine does  that.
