Problem: International acceptance of Bitcoin

The proposed solution goes something like this:
On this date we the Bitcoin (BTC) Community presents this Treatise of International Digital Currency Acceptance.  As a community we recognize the currency crisis facing nations around the globe.  In a demonstration of generosity and to expedite the inevitable International adoption of Bitcoin, the community has overwhelmingly supported a fork of Bitcoin to create 1,950,000 additional currency units increasing the total number to 23,950,000.  The additional currency units are offered equally and without prejudice to each of the 195 recognized nations of the world.  This amounts to 10,000 BTC per nation state.

To receive this overture a nation must declare publicly and through law BTC as a legal national currency that operates with the same privileges and regulatory structure as their existing fiat currency.  The 10,000 BTC contribution made available by this treatise, is intended to offset the cost of national adoption of BTC.  The pledging nation must make strategic reinvestment of the donated currency in the following areas that will support the global success and goals of BTC:
•   Perform BTC education and outreach to your citizens.
•   Support BTC code maintenance and development.
•   Establish a clear and defined set of regulatory rules so BTC businesses can be successful within your jurisdictions.

The initial 10,000 BTC offering to nations is reduced by 1,000 BTC per year.  On an annual basis the unclaimed coins are distributed equally without prejudice to all nations who have met the terms of this treatise, providing early adopters additional assistance in their effort to integrate BTC into their economies.
