You should post the whole story in a way scam reports are meant to be made, including proofs of payment and eventual logs that may exist.
Look here for guidance : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0 , this what you posted is currently only an empty claim.

Since you say how they banned your IP, did you try to login from VPN to change your IP ?
Maybe your account can be accessed that way. It's possible your money is still there.
