The thing is your price is the same as at the exchange but you have none of the infrastructure that mitigates the risk. It's a fair price, but a buyer must consider this a very risky sale for the same price as a very low risk sale.

If escrow is used then you will go a long way towards easing anyone's fears. You may well get interest from someone who does not want to mess with exchanges. Cheers.
