 Huh

Here we go with more insanity, bedtime stories promote social "inequality" and this tool suggests parents cease and desist to level the playing field...

Quote
THE ABC has questioned whether parents should read to their children before bedtime, claiming it could give your kids an “unfair advantage” over less fortunate children.

“Is having a loving family an unfair advantage?” asks a story on the ABC’s website.

“Should parents snuggling up for one last story before lights out be even a little concerned about the advantage they might be conferring?”

The story was followed by a broadcast on the ABC’s Radio National that also tackled the apparently divisive issue of bedtime reading.

“Evidence shows that the difference between those who get bedtime stories and those who don’t — the difference in their life chances — is bigger than the difference between those who get elite private schooling and those that don’t,” British academic Adam Swift told ABC presenter Joe Gelonesi.

Gelonesi responded online: “This devilish twist of evidence surely leads to a further conclusion that perhaps — in the interests of levelling the playing field — bedtime stories should also be restricted.”

Contacted by The Daily Telegraph, Gelonesi said the bedtime stories angle was highlighted by the ABC “as a way of getting attention”.

Asked if it might be just as easy to level the playing field by encouraging other parents to read bedtime stories, Gelonesi said: “We didn’t discuss that.”

Damn right you do whatever it takes, idiots like that just want to dumb down the kids. As long as we do opposite to what most of these ass clowns say then we are doing good by our children. You want to read bedtime stories then there is no one to stop you that is crap though, why is there so much BS in this day and age. Our children need all the advantage they can get the odds are stacked against and becoming even more so as time goes on.

Not a lot of people realize this but the bubble that humans have created outside of nature is under constant pressure and the survival of the species is not as straightforward or simple as it might appear. Moving out of a self-contained/self-regulatory system is one thing, mimicking such a system is something else entirely. Balancing out an equation with near infinite variables is the task at hand. And the cracks are starting to show already.

Even in my half asleep without coffee if you look at the article you'll realise it's a poor attempt at writing something ridiculous or clever by a stupid human being who didn't realise they don't understand satire, don't take it too seriously, that said, it is disturbing that they'd even think of something like this.

Sadly I think they've unintentionally highlighted that they clearly didn't read enough as children by writing such a stupid article.

It´s just one of the weirdos hired by psychopaths voted into office by idiots, whose job it has been to help ensure a reliable supply of new idiots to vote for more psychopaths in coming years and so on. Good luck, g

Times have changed (especially in the United States and the European Union). Your children are not yours anymore. You should follow the instructions laid out by the radical feminists and the homosexual lobby, or else they will kidnap your children and give them away to gay couples for adoption. Check this:

I cant believe that there are really people that think that way. Maybe its some form of campaign for other interests?

If true next time they demand we should stop loving our childs since there are enough who dont get love. Simply make everything worse to everyone until each one is the same.

So no, i cant believe there are really people that stupid. Sane persons would try to raise levels to all childs.

It's like don't eat proper food as some people don't get that benefit. Don't live in your house as few are homeless. Don't breathe as many people aren't alive today.

Why not believe in giving the hungry some food to eat, homeless people homes to stay in and pray for the dead?

Gosh, some people just write anything these days.

We need to make killer drones that roam the streets in the US killing anything that moves because children are starving in Africa. It makes perfect sense. Freedom is slavery! It all makes so much sense now! [goes back to stabbing himself in the face with an icepick for the children]

Um, so why then wouldn't 'less advantaged' parents read to their kids to give them the advantage? It's free isn't it? Not to mention good bonding with your child and it really does improve intelligence or at least your imagination. I think all parents should read to their kids as much as possible.

Retarded people vote pedophiles and homicidal maniacs into power and then play dumb when there are consequence. I hear that tons of political garbage both sides of the Atlantic are getting so tired of being constantly harassed about their pedophilia that it´ll most likely be legalized in the coming years. It has become so bad that this junk hardly has time to scam any meaningful wars going anymore.

you couldnt make this up,they literally want us to make our kids retarded so the already low iq blacks kids dont feel bad

Be radical, have principles, be absolute, be that which the bourgeoisie calls an extremist: give yourself without counting or calculating, don't accept what they call ‘the reality of life' and act in such a way that you won't be accepted by that kind of ‘life', never abandon the principle of struggle.
