Payeer.com ? Still alive and kicking ?

Is Payeer still alive after the Egopay incident ? I heard they lost $200k ....I also saw that Btc-e kicked them out from their deposit/withdrawal methods , which is definitely not a good sign...

is this something like circle? from the look of the site it seems so, but they have paypal as a mentioned system, could be cool if they offer something against the chargeback of paypal
