It is not hard to earn points at all. User can attack then you can attack too and win back. You can upgrade your character so that you become more stronger so anyone attacking you gets killed himself.

Now apart from that, you can save all your money in bank so no one would steal it from you

The strategy is simple, play some games or wait for someone with money and attack him and buy a bank as fast as possible to deposit your money there, i have around 15k bitpoints in the bank and im almost never attacked because i always have less than 100 bitpoints.

Yep i agree with that the server is not working very well and there are not even that many users, imagine when more poeple comes in, hopefully this is fixed soon because its not good publicity for the forum
