Method 1:
Go here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=avatar;u=YOUR USER ID
Select a picture and upload.

Method 2:
Profile -> Forum Profile Information -> Avatar -> Change avatar -> Select a picture -> press Upload

so basicly, all those buttons will appear in time like add avatar and signature? because i don't see them
