If you can't find a trade here, keep in mind that you can withdraw using VirWoX to Neteller.  Also WM-Center cashes out to Neteller.

However I just visited the website of WM-Center and nowhere does it mention support for Neteller!?

What about moneybookers, there are plenty of exchanges that do btc to moneybookers, from there you can deposit on stars.
