        i would like to know which country regulate and provide license to businesses dealing with bitcoin ?

please guide

Unless a country exclusively banned bitcoin, I think businesses are allowed to receive payment in bitcoin. You will have to conform to accounting laws of the country. If you operate a bank, an exchange or money remittance service, you will have to apply for different licences. Most countries allow bitcoin startups, you need to apply for the right licence.

usa(new york) is providing the bitlicence, formoney transmitting, if this is what you are searching for

i know that london(or better to say the whole UK) is approaching to something similar

here the plan for regulation in the UK, it seems that they are not completed yet, perhaps wait a bit more, when everything will be settled
