We have to join only those ICOs which will have verified personalities and if the developers want to remain anonymous then they have to escrow the funds and have to start services with their coin so the coin will not die and no one will lose at these coins/projects.

After Ebitz I don't think there's a reason to invest on any ICO that do not offer an escrow of course there's an exception but I don't see any exception on this coin.
The target is way to high and everything are anonymous in this coin ,no profiles on who's running this Ico but they want 23 million dollar to start their project.
