Just saw a use name like lolgato1 bragging about scamming

I was browsing and saw this post where a user named lolgato1 was bragging of how he scammed someone. Why can't admin ban accounts like that.
People like that will endup scaming people of bigger amounts.

You can see some users here having -9999 trust rating and still they aren't getting banned. Even if the mods ban scammers, they will just keep coming back because it's really easy to make a new account. And a new account means having a neutral trust rating.

I'm pretty sure the trust rating was made so that we can avoid those people who is a scammer or have been accused as a scammer. Even if someone scams people here for xx times, mods will not ban him except if he/she violates a rule/s that leads to permanent or temporary ban.
