Support would be the only ones than can help, I take it you have tried and failed to contact them? That is quite a nice amount to leave on a exchange that has had a few people complain the last month or two. Hope they sort it out for you and have not closed shop, I have to add I don't think they would do that so I am sure your funds will be with you shortly. I know the feeling of helplessness used to have it at bter basically weekly lol |

I agree with you I am on Cryptys for last 2 years and have never any problem their support is also very quick and good |

I've only had good experience with Cryptsy, but I won't say I ever trusted them.
I don't trust them and at one point moved some coins to allcrypt because I was worried they would pull a gox. Unhappily for me it was allcrypt that pulled a gox/got hacked. I should have left my coins where they were on cryptsy. |
