sgminer is probably going to be your best bet.  If your slightly more technically inclined you can also install the optimized X11/X13 binaries by Wolf0 and crew to squeeze a bit more hash out of compatible AMD's if that's what your working with.  More info can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632503.0
