Is when there are too many of them the price doesn't drop past a certian point.
i don't see this as a problem, the fact that baggolders [as you put it] don't dump their coin and keeping it and also accumulating more is a good thing.

besides the too many of them are just holding small bags while the big whales have the big bags and they are currently accumulating for the future rallies.
