betking.io is probably your best bet.  I believe the roulette there is backed by the investors, so it can support rather insane limits. There's also some moneypot backed roulette sites like http://sat.oshi.xyz/ which are pretty well done too, but in terms of limits they're going to be much smaller

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Yes, they are. They both have verification methods.

It completely baffles me that someone who has either worked hard for their Bitcoin or paid so much for it would gamble it away.  I see no point in trying to talk you out of it, if you are going to gamble you are going to gamble.

One thing I cannot recommend enough is that you follow the KELLY CRITERION this is something Bitcoin users should appreciate as it is an algorithm as well, but what it is more is a set of rules which prevent you from losing more than you can afford to lose.  It is very successful as it removes the natural human instinct to keep rolling the dice in order to try to win back your losses.

I can't advise on a "Fair" Roulette table as none of them are, they ALL lean in favour to the owner, some are worse than others, however, if you apply the Kelly Criteria you probably wont win money but you wont loose it either.

It's also a very beneficial thing to learn for any form of business or investing as after-all most things in life are a gamble but its about taking calculated risk rather than blindly throwing your money away.

Anyway, I hope this helps :-)
