So are you saying the controller is not starting?  Or are we just talking about the fan not starting?

excuse the delay, I speak of the fans who do not start, and a 4-pin fan, when I connect to the controller, the fan does not start, remains firm Cry

Do you have anyway to test the fan?   IE plugging it in a molex to 4 pin adapter or something?

I would like you to be able to test.  My next suggestion would be checking pinout to make sure they are the same.

I don't happen to have the fan in front of me.  How does pinout (colors) seem between that and one your replacing?

Are they in same exact positions?

Is it able to get a secure connection with that tab in middle?  Or is it stopping it from going down all the way?

That is a little odd that it's not having a effect.  Does it bend the plastic you hook it up to?

Also do you have anything to test it with you know works such as molex to 4 pin fan?  Or even 3 pin would work chances are.

I bent the plastic, but it does not work, if I connect the psu starts at the most, without being able to adjust, but too much noise

I'm not sure why it would not work on it.  Pinout looks fine.  Very odd.

You can get a fan controller for not to high and have complete control of fan speed make it fast or slow.
