Should I use GUI miner/poclbm or phoneix, I don't want to overclock my gpu too much cause I want to run it 24/7 and I don't want to hear my fan noise when Im sleeping (I sleep 1 room away and I keep the computer room closed and yes it has a return duct for intake). Hope someone can help me out.

GUI miner works well for me! In the flags box type: [-v -w128] for best performance!

The noise/performance you get will depend on your computer case, the particular chip you happen to get, ambient temperature, etc.  So in a nutshell, whatever people tell you will not really help much.  Start with the default clock rate and try to lower the voltage by 0.03 volts at a time or so until it hangs or is quiet enough. If that doesn't do it, lower the clock rate.  Don't forget to set your memory clock to 1/3 your core clock, that will reduce heat w/out hurting perf significantly.
