where they let people buy an item in bitcoins and even forward it to another bitcoin address but forgot which service it was it was really slick.... it wasn't coinbase , bitpay or wallebit it was someone else...
You probably are thinking of the service that Spend Bitcoins used to provide. If I remember correctly, you set up a cart at a site that povides online shopping and then Spend Bitcoins would pay the amount due, after you've paid in bitcoins.
