If you have an idea, you'd want to validate that idea for yourself and create something. I see you say you're irritated, but you should be irritated at yourself for not taking the actions to get to that point. Now you'll be dependent on someone else to do all the work for you.

Also, your idea is actually meh.

We already have:

Keybase.io (validating names)
WoT (Web of Trust)
Openbazaar should be opening pretty soon.
and we have NXT and IRC.

For now, I don't believe your idea will go anywhere unless you're able to drive it yourself and get coding.
