thanks for the link , well it's weird because when I added a credit card they allowed me to put either MasterCard or Visa etc ...
Now I added it and waiting for the Verification process I hope all wents good because I wasen't able to link my US Paiment bank account which I got from Payoneer

Well It's simple, they ask you to change your password (I can do that) , change/update Security question (I can do that) , however they ask me to give them my ID & passport and those personal informations which I can't sadly because I never used the real informations I didn't have 18 when I created the account couple of years ago . it's kinda my fault I know
but well... It's their fault too because they don't allow -18 people to use their services
